Why do some used car dealers need to be liars? I’m so glad I paid an independent mechanic to look over the 2008 Honda Accord EX-L V6 w/Navi, VIN #1HGCS22898A003363, currently listed for sale by this dealership. CarGurus reported frame damage on the car. Since no major accidents were reported on the carfax, I asked the dealership why there would be frame damage reported. The gentleman I spoke with, told me they may have seen a little rust on the frame at the auction where they bought the vehicle from. He assured me he had looked at the frame and didn’t see anything wrong with it. I told him I would like to have a mechanic look at it. He agreed and even recommended some local shops. After calling a mechanic in the area, I called the dealership back to tell them they could drop the vehicle off for an inspection. Since first speaking with the dealership, I was told this dealership does not have a garage and could not perform any repairs on the vehicles they were selling. I asked the dealership if they had a garage, just to see what the answer would be. I was told they had one and was even offered to have their mechanic put the car up on a lift to do a video inspection with me on the phone. The gentleman I was speaking with knew I was calling from out of state and could not see the vehicle in person. I declined and told him I would prefer a third party to inspect the vehicle. He seemed more than willing. Six hours later the mechanic called me to tell me the rear subframe was “completely rotten”, there had been a hole through the floor behind one of the seats and there was a problem with the brakes. The brake light is on in some of the pics in the missing. I don’t know if there was anything else wrong with the car, but I told the mechanic I had heard enough. Why, Ron Motor, would you tell me there was nothing wrong with the frame of this car? It was clearly rusted through, and based on my understanding after speaking to the mechanic, it is likely it can not be repaired. Did you hope I would not go through with an inspection by a third party? Why waste my time and money having me pay for an inspection, when you must have known the vehicle you were trying to sell to me is absolute junk? People deserve better. Attention everyone reading this: definitely avoid this vehicle. In my opinion, you should also avoid this dealership. If you decide to pursue purchasing a vehicle from here, even after reading my review, pay a few bucks to have an independent mechanic look the vehicle over. It could save you thousands and thousands of dollars and a lot of heartache. ***After initially posting this review on May 21st, Ron Motors contacted me asking me to remove it saying a review like this would really hurt his business and it was not fair. I told the gentleman it was a fair and accurate review and customers needed to be informed. He told me he would refund the cost I spent for the inspection at the third party garage. I provided him with a copy of my receipt and offered to give him my Venmo account. He then said he was going to make everything right for me and would give me a great deal on a car if I removed this review. After several requests from him to remove the review, I finally said I would if he removed the car I was interested in purchasing from his website. He removed the listing so I removed the review. I became interested in another vehicle. He said he would send it to the same third party garage to have it inspected, free of charge to me, and then get back to me. He also said he was going to replace some cosmetic items such as the leather on the armrests and replace the rear passenger seat with one found at a junkyard. He also told me he would have the car transported from his dealership to me in Maine, free of charge. Once everything was in order, he was going to get in touch with me. He hasn’t text me since May 27th. This is a very dishonest dealership and should be avoided.

It's been a week since I purchased my Mercedes Speinter and I must say I love it! Drives perfect and has been very reliable hauling all my heavy items! I'll never leave the Mercedes brand when it comes to cargo and that started with Anthony. He was easy to work with and taught me so much about the different types of Sprinter vans! He also never rushed me, and he was easy to trust. He met me where I wanted in be in terms of communication, and to me that is of the upmost importance during car shopping I thank him again and would definitely recommend buying a car here!

We just purchased a beautiful car at a really good price from them, after experiencing all of the horror stories at other dealerships (i.e., bait and switch, false advertising, exorbitant fees, ridiculous financing requirements, etc.). At VML, we were treated with respect, courtesy, and extremely honest professional people. There were no gimmicks, pressure, or other nonsense we found nearly everywhere else. Our friends and neighbors have been admiring our new vehicle, and we've told them to check out VML before they go anywhere else. Thanks to Vince, Andrea, Mike and Chris for such a great experience!

I agree with everything said in the reviews above. I wish I would have read this prior to my purchasing the vehicle. They were nice up until the sale. Then all the the rules changed. They delivered the car 1 day late, and the car didn't come with all the special "extras" that every car comes with. ie Wheel Locks and sunroof deflector. They said these came with the car, they were not on the car. Yet they were on my buyers invoice. I did have to pay for them. The service and sales deptartments equally are terrible. Service Deptarment is an ultimate JOKE.. PLEASE LISTEN to my complaints. They are all the truth. Today I took my 1 month old car to get redetailed and all the the "defects" fixed. Waited from 9:30 am to 1:00. The car was "finished". When I obviously noticed "defects" I wanted fixed were not. The sales man came out and told me I have been unhappy since day one and that is just too bad. If I want to wait again then MAYBE they can work on those things I wanted fixed. I am NOT a picky person. These are things I PAID FOR!!!This dealership provides poor quality service. Overall.

He allowed me to look around without being overbearing and pushy, his attitude was freindly and helpful. When I had narrowed down my search to three cars in the price range that I was able to afford with all the options and requirements that I needed, he let me drive all three. When I made my decision and we were doing the paperwork he took the time to explain the warrenty and what it did and did not cover, as well as recommeding service advice. As a woman, I felt enough confidence in the salesperson as well as the product that I would recommend this dealership to all my friends. I will certainly return when the need arises again.

Never had a problem with them and don't expect to. I refer to them anytime someone even mentions they are looking for a car or a new mechanic.

I had no problems setting up an "Ultimate Test Drive". But after that everything started to fall apart. The car was not maintained at all. The cabin & engine air filter, and oil were completely dirty and need to be changed. The tires were mismatched(same size, different brand), and two of them were below, 5/32 tread left. This goes against what the website claims that all cars are " Avis Certified ". Innovative Funding Service pretty much blew off all my complaints and never called back. As others have said you are not buying the car from Avis you are buying the car from a 3rd party, Innovative Funding Services. Innovative Funding Services are unwilling to help you if you have any issues with the car. They’re very unresponsive and never answer their phones. Stay away.

First purchase was with a trade in and financing provided through the dealership. The next was a straight purchase charged on my credit card. The first was about $13,000. and the next was $4,500.00. Both transactions were totally painless and I still have both cars today. They have been serviced at this dealership for several years now and I haven't had any complaints. They provide me with a loaner car if needed free of charge. I was first introduced to this dealership by my mother in law back in the 1970's and I always remembered how happy she was with their demeanor and service although. The cars purchased were a Toyota Prius and a Honda CRV.

The lot itself was clean, especially compared to some others that I've visited. There was no pressure and the paperwork was hassle free. I like Mazdas and they are well stocked with Mazdas. Worth the almost hour drive from our house.

BAD SALES PRACTICES WOW, this is going to be a long one ... lol First I called 856-663-1500 I got Nate the Great. When I spoke with him I told him I saw that the Jeep dealership was on a list that was given out on the NEWS with Charles Foulke Jr. as the owner and I was calling regarding purchasing a Jeep and I am looking for old stock 2008 that I could save from 7 to 8 thousand dollars (cause I know it will be much cheaper). Nate says “yeah sure we can do that for you, when u get there ask for Tom or Jorden (General Managers)”. So I said “Ok great”, I told him I’ll be there tomorrow @ 1708 West Marlton Pike Cherry Hill, NJ. He knew I was traveling far and prolly gave heads up to the salesmen. When I arrived early afternoon, I asked for Tom/Jordon. Tom profiled me within the 1/2 hour wait time, they had a couple of guys say Hi to me , try to flirt with me and make me feel special before Tom came to me and introduced me to Rob. He said he will take care of me and to show me what they have on stock. Rob then showed me some Jeeps and one of them was old stock 2008 jeep Sahara. I figured this would be in my budget and this is what Nate told me that was available. I was wondering why the window sticker that states the MSRP and BASE price was not anywhere in sight, yet I wanted to test drive it. So Rob then took me on a test drive as I was driving back he says pass the dealership and go onto the left side and jump on the highway. I then felt uncomfortable because I was unfamiliar with the area and I was alone with a strange man in a car for a long time. We ended up driving the vehicle for 35-40 minutes and I asked him why we jumped on the highway and he said for me to feel it out. I told him I wanted to go back, when we arrived to the dealers parking lot we parked the jeep and he suggested for me to remove the top of the jeep. I was already uncomfortable at that point and wanted to continue to close the deal. So we head inside and he shows me to a small table with chairs, as I sat down I felt like I was in one of those timeshares in Florida. Well now I wanted a price and Rob was stalling me, asking me for my driver’s license and scanning it into the computer. I asked him "why you’re scanning my driver’s license?”He said it was procedure so he can draw up his paper work. I still do not know what that machine is for? The computer was a xxx system LCD and what looked like a finger print scan plate. As I returned to the table to wait for him to return, I heard laughter coming from the office (about 8 salesmen were laughing) where Rob was talking with Tom for my quote. When Rob returned he caught me asking another salesman what the machine was for. Rob then says to me "what you don’t believe me” I said "No" because when you went back to the office you and the salesmen were laughing, he didn’t respond. Well now he showed me the first offer it was $23,XXX and he showed me the MSRP which was $28,XXX. I told him I was guaranteed $7,000 to $8,000 off of old stock that’s why I’m here. And then I told him $21, XXX with soft top and NAV. He thought about it then he said X_______________ <~~ sign here and give me the deposit. I said ok I signed and cut a check for $10,000. I figured OK this is it. I got a fair deal :-) .... WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!WRONG!!!!!! WRONG!!!!!!!! Rob came back and sat next to me, and John sat across from me. I was told that Rob's deal with me wasn’t accurate and that it will be more especially with the add ons, then I said OK $22,XXX is FINAL. John smiled and walked away. Then Tom came over and tried convincing me that the real price of the Jeep would be $25,XXX (he showed me invoice, the Colored DOT incentives. He didn’t realize I did my homework already :-). The invoice is always marked up by the manufacturer by 2 to 3 % (that’s one of the holdbacks for the dealers). Then depending on the date of the invoice you may receive up to $2,000 - $3,000 off more. Jeep also gives you $1,000 cash to play with at the door, and since I was a previous Jeep owner I get $2,500 discount ... ETC and so on. I told Tom "No" I can’t afford that price. I told him I wanted to leave and want my check back. Tom then asked me “You going to continue shopping around?” I said "YES" (BIG MISTAKE!!) once he knew that, they kept stalling me. Well to end this story short, they came out chasing after me 3 times and calling me back in and the final deal I received was 25,XXX with the soft top included (I rolled my eyes and left) .I couldn’t believe they only took off $2,XXX from the 2008 Jeep Sahara they had on the LOT for a year, which they have to pay $$$ every month to sit on the LOT. As I was driving to the next dealer, I realized they close at 5pm. Tom had them stall me so I wouldn’t give my business to anyone else if I wasn’t going to give it to him. They never intended to sell me that jeep for the price or ball park I inquired for. I felt man handled, used and pissed off.

We were running late due traffic and was never told when making the appt that the Service Dept were to close early that day. We called ahead and upon arrival, RuthAnn made accommodation and happily took us in for our first Oil Change with tire rotation. We were out in abut 30 min. At another Suby dealer, the wait is usually about 90 min the last 7 years. Thank you RuthAnn. A few services ago at the other Suby dealer, the dipstick was not returned to its location. Went under the hood the next day to take a quick look. All good but noticed the windshield fluid was very low and not topped off.

BEWARE of this dealership and the manager DAN. This dealership lure's clients with poor credits and they're not really doing you a favor! At first I had faith , that Dan had the best intentions for me and my daughter. This clearly wasn't the case. During this time I had just divorced and made personal financial decisions that impaired my credit score and financial situation. I had very little resources to work with. He knew how vulnerable I was completely taken advantage of. Please be aware that this dealership markets these TYPE OF PROFILE! . They approve your credit loan with high interest rates and sell you any car possible to their advantage. He appears to work with you, but in reality he's not. When we purchased one car from him he extended the time to pay the down payment on a warranty which was $300 . This was his way to help me but let me tell you what he did with my second vehicle. So I purchased a 2007 BMW from him, 5 minutes leaving the dealership I called Dan telling him that the car skips when I stop. His response and the dealerships response- this is probably due to a sensor or sensors, I took it back 5 times. They didn't even have a BMW look at this vehicle. I purchase this car from them for $9K. This car would stop in the middle of the road and highways. Their resolution was to stop the car and let the codes clear, That BMW's have this safety features. for over 2 months . Finally, the truth, the transmission was bad.they sold me a car with a bad transmission. All the sensors and the skipping from day one were because the transmission was bad. I communicated this with Dan and he went MIA. Never heard back from him nor the dealership. Since then, I have a lemon. I have repaired this vehicle very single month since I have purchased it. over 6K in repairs. The worst part of all, is the I DIDN"T Want this CAR. HE SAID THIS IS THE ONLY CAR I CAN APPROVE YOU IN!!!!!!!. How Ironic that, we had already verbally agree to purchased a Lexus prior however he said he couldn't deliver this vehicle for me but this BMW was the only vehicle he was able to approve me in. Thanks Dan for giving me the biggest nightmare. I had a piece of crap before but it would have never cost me 6K in repairs. Lets not forget my monthly notes and insurance.. So, we decided not to pay you th $300, we owe you for the extended warranty after all!

Me, my family and all of my friends buy all of our cars there and we all have them serviced there. I was surprised to read a bad rating because I have been dealing with them for over 15 years with not 1 problem. It is the only car place I would go to. They are very honest and they care about people not just what money can they make today. I wish there was alot more business's like that. If there was our world would not be so upside down right now.
