Sales was a 5, service is a one. Our new car has 5000 miles so we scheduled an oil and filter change for 1:30 on 11/19. We live 75 miles from Horace Nissan so we used a gps app to estimate travel time and added 15 minutes to be safe.
We arrived at 1:38 because of traffic and construction and were told our time slot was given to someone else because we were more than 5 minutes late. They said they would work our car into the schedule if we would wait. We waited over an hour and a half, went back to check and found our car had not been even started. We asked for our keys back and left the dealership around 3:45 very disappointed. The dealership did not do an adequate job of getting our car taken care of what was a minor maintenance item.
