Darlene was fantastic to work with during the financing of my car. She dedicated herself to finding the best rate and monthly payment that fit my budget as a single mother of three. She genuinely listened to my needs and managed to secure a payment plan that saved me money each month. On the day I was set to pick up my car, Darlene had all the necessary paperwork prepared. I was able to complete everything quickly. I would highly recommend her to anyone in search of someone who genuinely cares about your best interests.

Vehicle was presented as certified. I came from a bit of a drive. The vehicle was delivered non serviced and not in the condition as promised! I contacted the sales representative and she no longer works there. I made numerous attempts to contact the dealership and I am told the sales manager will call me back immediately. 3 times as of now and no call and no resolution for my Genesis 70. My next call will be to DMV claims and my personal attorney. It’s unfortunate that this was my experience. I hope this never occurs to anyone else!
