Brought my 2024 VW Tiguan for service car was sitting there for a week to do oil change and inspection first all they didnt provide with loaner car said that we didnt buy car from there dealership that we not qualified for loaner car can get in touch with service manager whenever i called there eather his busy or his xxx is off i dont understend how they operate the dealership feels like they're doing you a favor to service ur car

It had been a really rough 2 weeks as my mother passed away and the funeral was on Monday. On Tuesday we took my father and headed to our camp in New York to get his mind off our loss. My jeep started losing power and the engine light was flashing. I quickly started searching on my phone for a jeep dealership. Wally's was the closest. I limped it about 13 miles to Wally's. I was 2.5 hours from my camp and had never been in that area before. My wife explained our situation to Nivek. I could not believe what happened next. Nivek came right out and took the vehicle in. Within minutes he knew what was wrong and he said they could fix it and it would take about 2 hours. I have never had service like this. We were back on the road in 2 hours and I couldn't have been more thankful. Everyone there was amazing to us.

I had a very complicated issue with my car. I called and spoke to the service manager. You understood my problem. He then got what the general manager who also understood my problem. They took wonderful care of me in my car. They went beyond the call of duty. They were totally awesome.
