The service department didn't pick up the phone and doesn't return calls based off of voicemails left. Apparently you have to be lucky enough to catch them while they are at their desk and not on another line.

2017 f150 Saftey RECALL door locks freezing and do not Latch Burdick conf this truck was part of Saftey Recall Said i have to drop off Truck and they would check to see if this truck was having this problem Really thats why i called them ??ive had this truck for 3 years and have had this problem everytime it freezes!! then she informed me that I would have to leave it for more then a few weeks then they needed to get a welder??? how long would that take ?? I live in north Country in NY am i supposed to walk now ??Loaner Vech ?? no responce from her ?? I could see if they scheduled an appointment when they have the recall Door Latches to replace them ?? Ive been a mechanic for over 50 Years and Have never treated a customer such as the Ford Dealers In NY they have No Respect For new or old Customers and no compassion at all Not my problem is No answer!!! Ive been a loyal Ford Truck Buyer for over 50 Years and i Think Ford And their Dealers should Stand up and Fix Their Mistakes And "" disign Flalls ""Thats what they are calling their new design Door Latch a design Flall So FIX IT ?? Im Not Impressed with DECEIVING Dealers and Service departments Whom Own and Operate A Ford Dealership What Are you Thinking Ford Motor CO ??? FIX IT

Only honest people here is the service advisor and the mechanics. Michelle was the best service advisor anyone can ever have. And as for the Manager at service your a xxxxxxxx. Stay away from city world ford and stay away from service with these bozos. Sad that good people have to do what the manager says.

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Brought my vehical in for service under an extended warranty when shop called me to tell me what was wrong, I told them that was not making the noise I was hearing. They told me it was and it would fix the issue. I picked the vehical up 3 days later and didn't even make it 5 minutes down the road turned around and went back telling Jason the service manager that the vehical was not fixed ! They then told me to bring the vehical back a week later, after I insisted that a tech ride with me at that minute to hear the noise that truck was making. The tech hears the noise and apologizes for not hearing it in the past 3 days they had the vehical. A week later then I call and to make sure they have a car and nope. Let's rescedual for Friday 10 days after it should have been the first time, and when I ask about other jobs that needed to be done not covered by my Warrenty and you couldn't get return calls from Dan or Jason. They still have not fixed what my vehical went in there for, refuse to now if I do not pay more $. I will definitely take my business elsewhere along with all my Ford family. As well as have filed a dealer complaint with ford aginst them. Wouldn't take your vehical here unless you want to pay tons of money and be inconvienced!

I had issues with my ford ranger transmission. They are the most disorganized and not helpful at all. I called to see if my truck was done, it was not, then I was told “the **xxxxx car rental lady was not there” so they could not get me a loaner. They said I could pick it up the next day. Next day comes and they had not done anything to it. I had to call and find out they ordered parts. Ugh. I picked up the truck and was told they would call tomorrow with details for the parts. 5 days later I had to call them to find out the part was in days ago. I got no call. Josh in the service dept. is literally useless. After the repair, I’ll be taking it to another dealership for any needed repairs.
