excellent service ,quick drop off ,service consultant Jason called mid-day with status of my vehicle .As soon as i arrived to pick up vehicle Jason greeted me and explained what the problem was, he had me checked out to a super clean pick-up in no time.

My vehicle showed a warning of "A/C off due to temperature of engine" I brought it in to be checked out (Under Warranty). The technician after teleconferences with GM was unable to correct the problem. I was asked to leave the vehicle over night, but GM was still not able to come up with a solution to the problem. After a few days, Rick called me and told me to bring in the vehicle, at which time the computer was replaced. I thought the staff at Grand Prize tried very hard to solve the problem and worked very well with me. I therefore think a "Good" rating is proper under the circumstances described.

I came into the dealership to service my 2012 car and ending up leaving with a 2017. The managers in both the sales and the service managers are supper nice and professional. Although the service department is very good the wait times are long on the weekends but the service is worth the wait. The salesmen was very nice and made sure he provided a vehicle that fit my current needs.

Really great service and they do save you money. The service area is clean and relaxing. Free coffee and snacks. Service Manager actually stops by to chat and ask if we need anything.
