I brought my car in for a cracked windshield and unfortunately the replacement is back ordered . Donna in service dept provided me with a car for 30 days , keep me in the loop, checked on delivery and once installed delivered my car to my home and picked up the loaner . I have been driving for 50 plus years so I have dealt with numerous service dept. and Jaguar Land Rover Freeport is unique in their appreciation for customers and providing excellent service .

Kept my car for a whole day and kept on delaying fixing the cheap stuff and trying to push expensive stuff onto me. Ended up with a big labor bill for diagnosis. How hard is it to give me $30 worth of service? Kept on delaying it and trying to get me to pay for the $800 service as well.

Brand new 2017 acadia, less then 1 yr old. Less then 800p miles Brakes squeall like a school bus. APPT 1. I'm told the need to change brake pads. Ordered pads will be 8n nexr week. They never called me. 2 weeks after initial visit. I call them tell me parys Just came. Bring on your next week. APPT 2 Take car in they tell me GMC policy JUST chg. No new pads. They turm rotors. Next day brakes squealing. Told me to bring car in next week. Today was next week. Tell me pafs need replacingI would have to pay. I refused They then said they'd split cost 50/50. I refused. Now in GMC MEDIATORS HANDS.

I WENT IN FOR A OIL CHANGE.CAME OUT WITH A 187.00 DOLLAR INVOICE.I ASKED PAUL TO FLEX THE PART IN THE STEERING. THAT WAS MAKING A CLUNKING NOISE. WHICH HE DID BEFORE.INSTEAD OF FLEXING IT HE REPLACED IT. WITH OUT NOTIFYING ME FIRST.I GOT THE USUAL SONG AND DANCE FROM A DEALER WHO SEEMS TO ME IS DESPERATE.SO MY ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY.PAUL ALSO TOLD ME THE PART WAS DEFECTIVE FROM CHEVY AND GAVE ME THERE #. I CALLED CHEVY TO GET ANOTHER RUN AROUND. THEY WANTED TO GIVE ME ANOTHER DEALER TO USE.I TOLD THEM THE ONLY DEALER I WANT TO GO SEE WOULD BE A TOYOTA . ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Richard and his Staff were awesome to work with. My Trailblazer needed lots of help passing inspection. The Staff worked hard and kept me informed during the process. I would take my car to them for any service needs and would absolutely buy a car or truck from them when the time comes. Thank you Guys for helping me with my Car!!
