Good Morning Lisa, On my way home after getting the oil change and tire rotation on my 2022 Tiguan, my low tire pressure indicator light went on! When I got home and checked each tire, ALL (4) pressures were LOW!🤔 I filled all (4) to 46 psi (as per the sticker on door) and it seems everything is ok, now. NOT happy.

Defective tire installed. Replaced tire 3 weeks ago. 200 miles on it. It already has a bubble in it. I have to pay $500 for another tire. Does not stand by product. Horrible dealership.

Purchased used GT Sport convertible there 6 wks ago, which was a great experience but when returning for pot-hole damaged tire replacement under extra insurance policy from third party, Wide World's handling made it truly a seamless experience. Despite my not following the procedural requirements for the policy. These are the employees deserving special praise Marty Field, Rich Nicola and Charlie O'Conner; each from different departments, but all pitched in to make my experience uniquely pleasant - from sales to service. Please note I am not able to add these names in this form so I am picking the default name.

The worse customer service I have ever had. Picked up my car after repair being told alignment was not perfect but within specifications. What a ride home. Returned car to be checked out and was told it floated a little a city speeds. Imagine that at 65 on dry roads the car would glide over a foot every so often. I dove again on wet roads and was scary. Was never told in beginning that more parts were needed or service done. Then when I had repair the manager wanted receipts of where I had repaired. Why didn’t he have a estimate ready since he always made it sound he would repair anything that was paid for like the tires I tried ordering but had to get them elsewhere also. I wonder to myself if an older person had pick up their car in that condition that they would have wrecked on the way home. Shame on you all there at WILLIAMS
