And I’ve known Joe Sanseverino all those years as well as I immediately gained a trust that he would help guide me through my visits every year for prescribed Honda preventive services any any repairs the technicians noticed. Joe explains everything to me very clearly and keeps in contact on site so I know what’s going on. I highly recommend Joe Sanseverino as a Service Advisor !

Bill and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous. If it were not for their service department I would would not have bought my 2nd, 3rd and 4th vehicle from them. Keep up the great work!!

My headlight went out one day last week, I called Fayetteville Dodge on Thursday and was able to get an appointment on Saturday. I took my car in on Saturday and was able to get it back within a reasonable time. Everyone there has always been very friendly and helpful.

Klye Lacey and Jeff Mckee Two of the most awesome people that work there. Couldn't ask for better service from these two . Klye is there 350% for me I need something and he makes sure I get taken care of. Services on my vehicle or anything else I need my car cleaned my kids vehicle. He is very helpful. Jeff Mckee is there to take care of all my vehicle purchases. He finds me the color I want and the style I want . Awesome to work with. I can be a pain to work with. However he over looks that and makes sure I'm well taken care of . There was an issue on this new Jeep but he looked into it sat in with a meeting they had about a fix and ordered the parts and got it taken care of.

GF&S is a 1st class dealer and repair shop in Upstate NY. I bought my 2007 Saab 9-3 in early 2011 from another dealer and while its a brilliant ride it had a few issues that needed to be cleared up before our family drove to SC for Spring Break. I was greeted with a warm smile and a firm handshake and the boys went to work taking care of all the issues that I came in with. A loaner Volvo was provided to me as the work was going to take the majority of the day. The guys ended up working over a little bit on a Saturday so that I wouldn't have to drive the 60mi on that Monday. Whether you have a Saab, Volvo, Subaru, Toyota, Mini, or any car for that matter the guys at GF&S will do whatever is necessary to make sure that your car is driving like it came off the showroom floor. Highly recommend!!
