On Saturday, September 28, 2024, I had a fantastic experience with Bob D'Hondt at Bob Johnson 390 Chevrolet! Bob went out of his way to meet all the conditions I had to purchase a lease in my current situation. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Bob explained things clearly and offered me a deal that I couldn't refuse. When I picked up the car on the following Monday morning, Bob showed me all the features of the 2024 Equinox and connected my cell phone for me. It was the best experience I have had in purchasing a car or a lease. Thank you, Bob, for making this such an enjoyable experience! I thank God for the opportunity to have such a wonderful and understanding salesman as Bob D'Hondt!

Service was A-plus from booking appointment to looking at an LS -6 Chevelle and extended to well after the sale. Calls were promptly returned, and negotiations were fast and professional. I was told after the sale that the car needed a muffler which was expedited by my salesman who insisted on replacing both mufflers ant their expense with appropriate high end Gartner Exhaust mufflers. I would highly recommend this dealer would use again.

The owner, Mike Smith, and our salesman Eric Goodwin helped me out by making sure they held the vehicle I wanted until I recovered from surgery AND they gave me a great deal besides. Joel and Preston have been great to deal with! We have purchased several cars from Select EuroCars and they are always watching out for us! The latest casualty vehicle totaled by a deer was purchased there. When I called them to let them know I was looking for another vehicle, they were quick to respond by letting me know that my warranty on the totaled vehicle was at least partially refundable. REALLY? What dealership do you know that is looking out for their customer like that? They are friendly, fair priced, and have a great service shop as well. Great job, Joel and Preston!!

The vehicle was exactly as described, priced very fair, and they were extremely upfront and honest. You really can’t ask for much more nowadays. Felice and James have bent over backwards to assist us in purchasing two used vehicles in the past 6 months. We were urged to go here by a client and were very happy with the experience we had. Felice showed us several cars that my wife was not excited about, so he said he would call us in a couple of days if he found something she might like. He called her and said he was holding a new trade-in that had just come in. My wife was ecstatic about it and Felice worked wit James and made sure the financing met our needs. When I suddenly found myself in need of a vehicle this month, they both worked hard to make us as happy for a second purchase as we were with the first.

I cannot say enough good things about the service department. They are outstanding, excellent and go above and beyond. My Mazda CX-5 would not come out of park. I am from out of town and needed to get back home for personal reasons. I was able to get an appointment with them in a quick time frame. They took care of me as if I was family to get the parts needed to fix my car in a very short time, which I know is hard to do in this day and age. They kept me informed every step of the way! Hopefully something like this won't happen again, but if it does, I know where I can go for outstanding customer service in servicing my vehicle. Thanks again Dawn, Mike and Christine for your incredible effort in getting me home!

I am very pleased with my purchase. Delo and his brother may sure I stay informed of what was going on during the process. I showed up on a Saturday to pick up my vehicle and they had already started to fix leak and change oil. They also wash and wax and fill my gas tank up before I was ready to drive back to Memphis, TN. The trip was over 16 hours and no problem, all the way home. If I ever need another vehicle, I will shop with them again. Thanks for a great purchase.

The availability of the dealer was excellent. If he wasn't available, someone else would handle my call or he would call me back. He was very attentive and listened to my needs in a vehicle. Large selection for a used car place. Every car comes with a 2 year drivetrain warranty, They have an on-site service area. It seems like they would be motivated to evaluate their cars thoroughly so as to avoid making good on that warranty. They were pleasant to do business with. They did the registration/plate/inspection legwork (like a new car dealer), I just paid my money and drove away. I recommend them.

As a first time car buyer and a person who has never written reviews for anything, I had to write a review for this place because of their excellent customer service! I went to this Carsbuck 776 Coney Island Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11218 dealership looking for a 2015 Nissan and met up with their employee named Chastity. Sadly, that car was already bought off just before I got there but Chastity was very much willing to me help out out in finding a car accordingly to my situation of getting my first time job and cause of that I was on a very tight budget. She was very enthusiastic and let me check out others car and the 2016 Nissan Altima caught my eye but I could not afford it. She was very willing to work with me, hospitable, and with a lot of support and reassurance said she would see what her manager can do. Tarik the manager was also outstanding to work with. He explained to me step by step of how the run down would go for this and was willing to hear me out and adjust the cars price accordingly. He also reached out to his other networks to help with the process, what insurance would be the most feasible, and even told me tips and tricks of how to handle the car/where I should go to for all the other things the car needs. He also asked me what my budget was and sold me the car at exactly that price which I was extremelyyyy grateful for! He did everything for me there plate registering, insurance and all the paperwork and explained calmly (I was stressed but this helped me) to me everything throughout before signing without any crazy fees added which I was also very grateful for. They were both very understanding and willing to accommodate. I didn't feel pressured into getting a different plan to buy the car or into buying a more expensive car like other dealerships that I had went to during my search. This dealership was very straightforward with their processing and it was easy with no crazy fee costs attached. I bought the car at a good price even with the shortage of cars currently because they were caring of their customers. I would highly recommend buying from this dealership!
