On October 15, 2009 I purchased a 2000 Chevy S-10 4X4, 4.3 Vortex with approx. 62,000 miles from this dealer. I have a 60 day warr. on the truck. The truck is in good condition.

Except, as I found out, a few known and admitted problems by the dealer were purposely never disclosed at the time of sale. I have called, emailed, argued, but to no avail.

1) Apparently, there is a intake gasket problem, known to GM and Dex-cool but the statute of limitation has expired on the re-call. When I inspected the truck at the sale, the anti-freeze leak from the gaskets that appear under the oil pan and are some what visible on the intake manifold were wiped clean.

After driving 150 miles I found this problem on the truck and I called the dealer. This dealer admitted to me that he knew this truck that I purchased 2 weeks before had this problem but never disclosed it to me. This is a $650.00 to $750.00 repair.

2) I paid for a wheel alignment that was never done. I had this confirmed by two different reputable shops. Though I asked this Pool Auto dealer to supply the print out of the alignment from the Toyota shop he uses, he has never produced it.

3)The inspection. The dealer inspected the truck before I picked it up. The front discs and pads were in good condition. The rear discs should have never passed inspection. They are worn and rusted beyond tolerances. I asked for the NYSDMV Inspection Receipt given to all owners that states the results of the inspection and should have been transmitted to the DMV within 24 hours of inspection. I never received this.

I have called and emailed for over a month but this dealer refuses to make good or respond.

I am filing a report with the NYS Attorney Generals office AKA: Lemon Law, Questionable Dealer practices and I am also naming cars.com in the report. Drop this Dealer from using your name, he is a person that will deceive customer.

The Quality Of Work was pretty decent. They did as mcuh as they could to help me stay in my budget range. Luckily the price was a lot underneith what I was planning on spending.

Friendliness was very good. Everybody very nice and attending to your needs. It was a very comfortable place to be doing business at.

The Over All Experience was a good one. The Service, QUality of Work and Friendliness made everything very nice to be working in. Over all everything went very well and I am happy with the car I have bought from them at their store. No problems with the car so far. It is running very nicely and easily.

The PRice was ok. I was lucky enough to have a budget much higher than the final price of the car. I was happy with the price.
