I inquired about a car that was posted on web sales site. Michael Rubin replied both in email and with a phone call very quickly. As the car had just been received it had a number of things that needed to be done before it was "retail ready". As an out of state buyer I was not able to just pop in and see the vehicle in person. Michael worked with me by providing multiple videos and email support for the questions I had. I ultimately made a trip to Greensboro to get a look at the vehicle. He picked me up at the airport and gave me VIP treatment throughout the visit introducing me to all the folks I would be dealing with. Everyone was very courteous and friendly to me giving me confidence in moving forward with my purchase. As this was during the holidays it took a bit longer to get all the items that needed to be performed on the vehicle completed. Again all through the process Michael consistently communicated with me nearly every day to update me on progress and providing video along the way. FCI did everything that they committed to and even more in delivering the vehicle. When I went to pick up the car Michael again picked me up at the airport. It was presented to me on the showroom floor looking amazing - as nice as any other car on the showroom floor - and if you have been there you would know how many nice cars are there. To sum up - I am very happy with my experience with FCI, Michael, along with the sales management, finance, and everyone else I dealt with there. I would definitely recommend them and absolutely do business there again.

Went in on a Saturday morning looking at a new VW Tiguan. Was originally contacted by Gates but ended up working with Jesus since I was on a self-imposed "time crunch" due to an NFL game that afternoon. Was able to quickly test drive the Tiguan I picked out online but also drove a larger Atlas Cross Sport presented as an alternative since it was closer to the car I was trading in. Jesus was very knowledgeable about both models. The Atlas was great but a little out of my price range. After stating that, I wasn't pushed into buying something more than I wanted. Ended up buying a Tiguan and was done before the game started! Everything was efficient and straightforward with no number games. Also, no nonsense "dealer adds" to discuss like nitrogen air which made the out the door price much clearer and saved everyone's time. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Great sales experience, especially Chandler Deal. Manager tried to sell me additional warranties, but only tried once, which I greatly appreciated. Car was as expected, which was, again, great. Only issue with entire transaction was that dealership added paint protection to the advertised price. Car had been a demo so I imagine that the paint protection was added when the car was new. Otherwise, perfect

I recently just bought my 3rd Porsche from this dealer and Greg Dressler was amazing for this purchase as it was done from out of state. I had heard of buying cars out of state and not site on seen, but this experience was perfect. I was already familiar with the Cayanne as its my 2nd but to have the paperwork flow seamless and the service follow up before shipping to me all with Gregs involvement and support went smooth. I know there are levels of service but the trust it takes with a relationship I experienced with Greg and Hendrick is why I will always only by a Porsche from Hendrick. Trust is paramount!!

I was told by their salesperson I'd be first in line once the dealership got a 2025 911 GTS cab allocation. The next thing I know the salesperson is no longer there ("for good reason," the manager tells me), and no one bothered to tell me—for weeks. I just happened to find out when I called for the salesperson and the receptionist told me he no longer works there. The manager then says they won't put me on a numbered waiting list (contrary to the salesperson's assurance) and offers no apology for changing the dealership's story. I reported my experience to the general manager and got no response from him. In short, I don't think they care. They run their dealership like a bunch of amateurs in my personal opinion. They certainly don't inspire confidence to buy a $200,000 vehicle from them. I'd suggest people find another dealership.

I purchased my Porsche from another dealership, but have lived in the triangle for the past few years and have done all of my service with Teresa and her team. The service, communication and attention to detail has been incredible. it's actually a pleasure to take my car in to get it fixed, go figure!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently traded our Porsche 981 Convertible Boxster Black Edition for a Macan and then began looking into the Cayenne Coupe. With it being a newer vehicle, we weren’t sure what was happening when we started experiencing issues. I contacted the service department at Porsche Northlake Charlotte and, to my surprise, was transferred to my former service advisor, Logan Pope. Logan immediately recognized my voice, which was refreshing, and it was a relief to know I was speaking with someone not only knowledgeable but also someone I had worked with before. He explained that the issue was likely due to a low battery in the remote. Logan gave me the information for the exact type of battery needed, shared that he had seen a similar situation with another customer, and then patiently walked me through how to troubleshoot the problem including where to position the key when the car wasn’t starting. Because of Logan’s guidance, I was able to successfully start the vehicle, and make it home where I had access to my spare key. I ordered a new battery and everything has been working perfectly since. Logan’s professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot over the phone left me enormously impressed. I also greatly appreciated that Logan took the time to stay with me on the call until the issue was resolved and even invited me to bring my new vehicle in for service. It is clear that he truly values his customers, whether it’s a small issue like mine or a larger one. This level of service reflects the culture at Porsche Northlake Charlotte, where employees are valued and in turn value their customers. I hope the owner and upper management sees this review and recognizes Logan Pope for the outstanding service he provides. I look forward to continuing to do business with this dealership and possibly trading for another vehicle in the future. Great Service - Bill Chandler

Bought three Porsche's from Porsche of Fayetteville. A 2008 Cayenne, a 2011 Cayenne and a 2015 Macan. Cannot say enough good things about Paul LeClair. I live 60 miles away from this dealership, and three miles from the nearest Porsche Dealer and would only give my business to Porsche of Fayetteville. Paul is low key, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. He stays on top of the order process and keeps the customer informed during the build/shipping process and personally delivers the car to me 60 miles away.
