I had such a great experience at Valley Imports and can’t say enough good things about Maria! I initially drove from Grand Forks to Fargo just planning to have my vehicle valued, but Maria went above and beyond from the start. She spent so much time helping me track down a car I thought I wanted, and when I test drove a newer model, I realized it was actually smaller than I expected. Instead of any pressure, Maria was incredibly gracious and pivoted right along with me, showing me several other options with patience, positivity, and zero sales pushiness. She made the whole process genuinely fun, which is not something you always expect when car shopping! I ended up leaving with a vehicle I had not even considered before, and I absolutely love it. Kelsey in finance was also wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly, and really took the time to walk us through all of our options so we felt confident in our decisions. Bob made sure we were treated fairly on our trade, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was just a fantastic day from start to finish.
