I am echoing the same poor customer service comments in Yelp.com:
I agreed to ~$5k in services for my 12-year-old Porsche Spyder, shipped from Florida, because parts were in stock. Ms. Angi, Customer Service Representative, then texted that 'a belt' is not in stock, but it would be in stock soon.
After three days that Ms. Angi did not return my phone messages, I stopped by, when she saw me she said, “I was just going to call you.” and “The belt will be in soon.” I shared that I observed my Spyder parked outside in -20F weather with a dead battery. She said, a charger will be hooked up.
A week later, I left more messages, and the same no response. Again, I stopped by Valley Imports, and my Porsche Spyder — a convertible summer car — is still outside with a dead battery, with no word on a simple service completion. Sad.
