When I went to pick up my car they said the estimate charge was $52.00 When I objected they had an attitude and thrust my key toward me and said take it. When I asked for the manager Mr. Stepfan Miller, Service Manager came into the room and relaizing I needed to talk to someone else because the service department was the problem I asked to speak to his supervisor. At that point he ordered me to leave the property. I asked again who his boss was and he stepped within three feet of me, that I felt was a threating move, and told me to leave. It was the worst experience I have had at a dealership.
