I'm not buying another car from Jaguar or this Dealership again. I bought a Jaguar iPace in Oct/23, really good car and great service at the time.
Then the battery started showing issues, and Jaguar started sending letter about a recall for this model. The first solution was to reduce the battery capacity to 80%, which is already frustrating.
And now they finally proposed a repurchase program, but I'm supposed to wait for a call from the so called "Repurchase Team", which hasn't happened for the past month.
I asked this Dealership to intervene and help with the repurchase, the same one that went the extra-mile to sell me the car in the first place, and now they are completely hands-off, saying that there's nothing they can do. It's ridiculous.
With so many Dealers in Cincinnati, look for another one.
