Keith in the Service Dept, is a critical employee at your company. While other CS staff are mundane and seem to be bothered with customers, Keith ALWAYS goes above and beyond working hard for the customer’s satisfaction. You should give Keith the recognition that he deserves and in fact enlist him to train all the others. I am just in the beginning of patronizing Cronin as a new customer. If I had to depend on the other CS staff, I most likely would have gone elsewhere. Now, at this point, I plan on buying my wife’s new car here along with telling others. Just one employee CAN make a difference. You Sales Mgr a few months ago, blew the $90k cash sale I had in the works and I ended up driving to Kelly’s GMC. One bad employee vs one great employee. Please take note of the end results. This is what grows your business. I have run many companies over the last 50 years. I know a great employee and a bad employee when I interact with one.
