Today was my 1st appointment for oil change and to fix a recall since I purchased my Honda. I purchased in Lancaster and that is not convenient so I was worried since never owned anything but GMC and Chevy so not familiar with dealers and service. They waved me in told me where to park, put keys and welcomed me at 6am with smiles. Everything was so smooth Kevin Withers was who helped answer all my questions to making sure he covered everything with me. All the staff was amazing and polite, even the lady cleaning and getting coffee ready in waiting area. It was so convenient to arrive at 6am get all done and make it to work in time. I was given the option to take a shuttle if the recall took too long but that was not even necessary. I hope every service needed goes this smooth. Thank you all!!! They even washed it for me 🥰

I had very high standards for service from my previous dealership and Jeff Wyler Acura more than met those standards. Scheduling was also easy. Altogether very happy experience.

The service was fast and thorough and they ensured I was comfortable the entire ( brief) time I waited.
