As I waited I walked out to the showroom and said hello to Al who sold me my Impala 11 years ago. He immediately called me by name! He is amazing!

This place has the worst service department I’ve ever - MM81
This place has the worst service department I’ve ever experienced. It seems that they truly are #1 but not in a good way. It appears the service department is poorly managed. It shouldn’t take 90 minutes for an oil change that was scheduled. It appears they are understaffed but scheduling as if they are fully staffed? The department itself seemed to be mismanaged. I wasn’t the only one waiting extremely long for a service. Poor scheduling, poor service, poor management.
