I found myself stranded in the Youngstown area after getting off the turnpike. My check engine light came on, starting flashing and my car wanted to stall. I worked with service rep Heather at Preston Hyundai and she took incredible care of me. They were super busy with appointments and other emergencies but she was great with me and took my car in promising to keep me updated. I had to leave the car for the week and with the Thanksgiving holiday involved, I had it back in perfect shape. Thanks to this service department. I highly recommend.

I've not been a big fan of this dealership in the past, but I realize now it was an oversight on my part to miss that this is not under the Stadium banner anymore. We are on our third VW, and have had some hiccups with this. Mainly a part went out, three times, and the last of which was while we were two hours from home. The dealership down near Columbus fleeced us royally - blamed Preston for our woes - and sent us on our way. The problem is, they didn't fix the problem, and between Columbus and home we lost two quarts of oil. Needless to say we felt upset, and reached out to Preston. I can't begin to say how impressed we are with Jayson and the entire service staff at Preston. I had contacted VW of America, I had tried contacting the Columbus dealership and the only guy to help make this right was someone who wasn't involved in the first place! Jayson took the time to walk me back and show exactly what the issues were, what had and had not been done, and even went so far to take it on himself to try and get the other dealership involved to discuss what happened (spoiler - they didn't return calls). Jayson has been great. Also shout out to Barry, always great at getting us in and out quickly and answering anything we have.

Beginning with the scheduling with Sue, to the service call and the check out, everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful. The key drop and the car wash were very nice touches.

Shuttle service - Chickman

Curtesy shuttle service needs fine tuning. I live 5 minutes away and pick up times for my last 2 services were over 2 hours. I could have walked there by then. A lot of wait time!

I took my car to get an axle that they recently fixed looked at yesterday. Today, my car has a mass air flow malfunction. Ive had this car since july 2022 and have had multiple issues. Not really sure whats going on in the service department but it really is aggravating putting your trust into the place you purchased your vehicle from only to continue to run into obstacles. This should not be happening considering I havent even had the car for a year.

We just moved to the area and my husband had a recall on his truck. We called them and they got us in for the recall. When we got there to have the recall taken care of my husband asked if by chance they could just go ahead to do the oil change and tire rotation on it while we were there. They told us NO PROBLEM! They got the recall done, oil change done and tire rotation done and even washed the truck, all in about 45 minutes!!!! Super nice people and they definitely know how customer service is suppose to be!!! Thank you!!!

I am a vice president for a corporation and I have a company vehicle This is my 2nd visit for service issues I did not purchase my vehicle from Serp . I Went into have my check engine light checked on and a tire looked at and to see if my brakes needed changed . I told them I would need the vehicle back within 2 hours and Serp had it done in a hour and half. Normally a dealership would find all kinds of things that needed to be changed on a vehicle that has a 160,000 miles on it and try to rack up a big service bills, I've had it happen in the past. I would highly recommend this dealership for honesty and integrity . Most of the time companies only receive negative reviews but positive feedback is very important that's why I'm posting this barren watcher competition I want to be an R and B some artist so I did go on by a I would give this company 5 stars . I believe my service Adviser was Wallace Snyder and i give him a 10! Thank you for a very positive experience ! Twice! Bob

I OWN A 2001 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE AND I WILL ONLY TAKE MY JEEP TO SLIMANS...... PERIOD HAD VERY BAD EXPERIENCE MANY YEARS AGO AT NORTH OLMSTED AND FOUND SLIMANS AND HAVENT LOOKED BACK. WHEN I WALK INTO THE SERVICE AREA I AM GREETED BY NAME AND FEEL VERY WELCOMED. THE TECHNICIANS ARE SO KNOWLEDGABLE AND ALWAYS WALK ME THRU WHAT THEY SEE AND THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. I NEVER QUESTION IF THERES A NON TRUSTWORTHY TECHNICIAN ISSUE IM BEING CHARGED FOR. ONE TIME I SAID I KNOW MY TRANSFER CASE NEEDS REPLACED PLEASE HAVE IT DONE (NO WARRANTY) AND RICHARD SAID WE CAN BUT YOU DO NOT NEED IT. YES IT IS STILL RUNNING GREAT 2 YEARS LATER. THE PARTS DEPARTMENT IS WONDERFUL AND HELP WITH THE SMALLEST DETAILS.( I MISS PAULS SMILING FACE HE RETIRED) WAITING AREA IS HUGE, HAS COMFY CHAIRS, TABLES, GOODIES AND BEVERAGES AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS. THE BIG TV"S ALWAYS HELP AS WELL. SUPER CLEAN, GREAT DEALER AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
