Avoid. I’ve been a long time customer of Audi and have a car with less then the original miles warranty as only expired for being over the years. Audi has a huge lawsuit over water pump issues and has been determined my water pump needs to be replaced. I asked dealer and Audi of America to assist with the cost of repairs. I was told that will not happen. Service manager Rude and acted bothered by my call. Look elsewhere as Audi finds reasons not to stand behind their product. Meanwhile I see Hyundai/kia/Genesis replacing engines at 100,000, 200,000 plus miles for premature wear and tear. $2000 repair on a faulty cheap part being used in their engines.

The absolute worst service we’ve ever encountered in the - Disappointed customer

The absolute worst service we’ve ever encountered in the years we’ve owned vehicles. We were given the run around regarding repairs needed. Told one thing needed repaired however paid for an entirely different piece. Quoted the wrong price before repairs. We live an hour and a half away and had to have the car towed to this location due to the proximity of the flat. I will happily spend the extra money and have the car towed to anywhere but this dealership for servicing. Absolute worst experience. If I were you run the a Other direction.

This place has the worst service department I’ve ever experienced. It seems that they truly are #1 but not in a good way. It appears the service department is poorly managed. It shouldn’t take 90 minutes for an oil change that was scheduled. It appears they are understaffed but scheduling as if they are fully staffed? The department itself seemed to be mismanaged. I wasn’t the only one waiting extremely long for a service. Poor scheduling, poor service, poor management.
