A special shout-out to Ed Stein, the service manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with care and transparency. my new car was less than one year old. Needed differential repair. Seth the head of service there refused to honor the warranty and wanted me to pay over $10,000 to repair, Had the audacity and arrogance to suggest my new car I purchased from their dealership, which was never out of my possession and had zero sign of any water damage, had been substantially submerged. What a bold face lie. Took my Car to Germain and found out there was a MB issued service bulletin on the known issue and they (Germain) repaired and honored the warranty. Deal with Crown Mercedes of Dublin and Seth/Service at your own risk. Complete crooks and stereotypical of the worst of car dealerships!

I would advise you to not take your car there for repairs! I took my Dodge Caravan there for simple repairs. Shocks and Struts And they butchered the job. First they left 13mm Blue point wrench laying on my battery to short positive to negative. They put it back together with the strut bushings hanging out. Now it makes noises like front suspension going to fall out. so they either don't trust their mechanical ability to test drive it when they finish a job. Or they test drove it and said oh well who cares ship it. Took it back and they said you said shocks and struts are bad so we just replaced those not the broken strut bushings. I left it with them for 6 weeks and it's still not fixed. They never touched it. When I would call about vehicle they would say parts will be in a week that week would come and go another week for parts. They said vehicle was so old it was hard to get the parts. It is a 2013 but part interchange up to 2019. Their location in Chillicothe said they could have the parts for me in two days. I wouldn't trust them to fix a bicycle now. I was ASC certified mechanic for 15 years. I've only seen repairs like that when someone had a crackhead fix their car. BEWARE!!!

Today my elderly mother took her 2020 Ford Escape in for factory service. She was treated poorly by one of two service personnel and he was very inattentive to her needs or concerns with the vehicle. After a short time period, she was advised her vehicle service was completed but found no reason for the service display wrench icon, speculating that her oil simply needed changed. This vehicle was purchased new from Waikem Ford & has less than 17,000 miles. She was charged $90 for an oil change & tire rotation. The service rep also failed to deduct a $10 service coupon she presented prior to the vehicle being serviced, promising to make it up to her "next time." After speaking with her today, I can assure the Diehl management team both in Massillon & Butler PA she nor any other member of our family will patronize any of your dealerships again for service or sales. We have long supported the Waikem family of dealerships having lived in the Massillon area for over 55 years. My wife & I personally have purchased over 12 new & used cars from Waikem over the decades but no longer. Perhaps Corinna Diehl needs more stringent oversight of the Massillon operations to ensure the total lack of concern to customers is remedied but any corrective action will be too late for us.

This place has the worst service department I’ve ever experienced. It seems that they truly are #1 but not in a good way. It appears the service department is poorly managed. It shouldn’t take 90 minutes for an oil change that was scheduled. It appears they are understaffed but scheduling as if they are fully staffed? The department itself seemed to be mismanaged. I wasn’t the only one waiting extremely long for a service. Poor scheduling, poor service, poor management.
