The service department will take advantage of you. They lied to me in saying that I need a $1200 repair on my van (I even purchased the 95 van new from them). The local car shop repaired it for $180. Outright lies from two or more employees in a single visit. A real turn off. Do not let your mother or sisters in there. They will eat them up with needless work and charge them $85+/per hour as the cha-ching them. Worse experience in a car dealer service since the 1980's.

As always excellence in service, availability and customer service. The KG Volkswagen team represent very well! I thought I needed a new battery, but as it was explained "very clearly" to me what was happening with my battery. I'm retired and don't drive as much anymore. And considering the fact I bought the car in 2018 and never had changed it; I bought a new battery. Excellent price also!
