Tom showed me around the lot looking at several options and did not pressure me to buy a van I was not interested in. I hope he continues to stay in contact with me until we find the right fit. Low mile cargo van under $25k with less than 30k miles.

While at first, they seemed very honest, upstanding and friendly, they are truly one of those places that just want to get a sale. Once you've signed the papers, that's all you get. In addition, they sold me a lemon of a car that died the second day we owned it! Replaced the starter only to have it die again 6 days later with more serious problems. I seriously hope that what goes around comes around, because they KNEW what kind of car they were selling me (for a young person learning to drive, no less) and they seemed to be able to sell it without any bad feelings or upset. I will never go back and I suggest you never try them.

Everyone was really friendly. They worked with me to get a payment I could afford. If I didn’t understand something, they were more than happy to explain it so I did understand. They seemed very knowledgeable about the cars they were selling. I would go back to them to buy another car. I highly recommend going here for a car. The quality of the car is amazing. The prices are more than what I’m used to paying but I did get a better car than I have ever gotten before

I first met Sam a couple of years ago, I was delivering a shipment to him. We spoke for awhile and I was impressed by his knowledge and personality. I too work on cars but as a hobby. I never saw him again till I bought another car. A Triumph Spitfire. It's a British car and I was looking for some parts and advice. British cars have a different type of carburetor than the American cars I worked on. I wasn't having any luck with parts locally. That brought me to the internet and a Google search. Guess who's name came up? I remembered him right away. The first time I was there the lot was full of cars from MG's to a couple of Rolls Royce's. If they would trust those cars to him I felt like I could trust my car with him. Well I went to see him and he rebuilt the carburetor for my Spitfire and I couldn't be more pleased. I would go there again. I read some of the reviews before I went and am very thankful for this service, I think it is a good guide for making informed decisions. .

Spent 3 days in the Cincinnati office and the absolute worst buying experience we have ever had to deal with. From losing the trade in appraisal 2 different times, couldn’t get a printer to work, changing the down payment and just absolute lack of concern for their customers. This store should be ashamed of how they operate and just close their doors if this is how they do business. After the complete disaster we have encountered, I honestly don’t know how they manage to sell any cars. Not to mention, last week we had a deal ready on a different vehicle only to be told it wouldn’t be ready for pickup at the time THEY SCHEDULED! Please avoid this dealership at all costs and just go somewhere else.

I went to several dealerships on the westside, soutside, eastside and northside of town. They gave me false information, some were rude while others did not know the product. Jamie gave me a history report about different vehicles that I was interested in. I am a woman; I know a little about cars but after working with Jamie, I know alot more. He always greeted me with an smile and made me feel comfortable. He went beyond the cause of duty to get me finance and the best deal in town. I was very please and happy with his performance. We have been to quite a few dealerships in the Columbus area. We seen an ad in the Morrow County paper and took a trip to Craig Smith Auto Group. With in a couple of hours we drove home in our brand new car. Other dealers kept us for 3 to 5 hours to work on a deal. Other dealers would not give us what our trade was worth. Craig Smith gave us more that we expected on the trade, added extended warr. and payments were a lot less than we expected.<br>This dealership is excellent all the way around. Verry nice hometown dealer that knows how to treat people.<br>

Had been looking for a truck for our son for weeks. Was told to go to DC Auto Plex in Bellevue by our friend Mark who had bought his truck there. We stopped in and spoke to Seth who helped us find the perfect truck at the perfect price. We were amazed at how friendly Seth was. We felt at ease the second we started working with him. Come to find out he is the owner. Our son loves the truck and could not have been happier than we were with the total experience. We would recommend them to any and everyone.
