My wife and I want to again thank Kristi and the Don Carlton Honda staff for resolving our problem,getting us back on the road,and being so hospitable.

Our salesman was fantastic. While looking at Civics today he was friendly, patient and knowledgeable.

However, when negotiating price with "the closer" the entire experience changed. The price negotiator lied several times, and became very hostile when we showed a competing price from a different dealer. He questioned our ability to get the competing price and then gave us an incredibly high quote on the vehicle.

He did not leave the negotiation with a "let's stay in touch" attitude, but just gave us a high price and shook our hand.
