The following day (Saturday) I drove to Jackie Cooper Imports and surprisingly purchased a car that was different than original request and more expensive!! Jackie Cooper mercedes couldn't have been friendlier and more professional. The difference between Luxury Cars of Okc (formerly known as Bob Howard Mercedes) and Jackie Cooper Mercedes was "night and day" to say the LEAST!!!!!!!!!!!
Run from this OKC dealership...they use bullying and intimidation to sell you a car...or shame you into buying one. They are worthless and obviously have some internal problems since changing ownership.
This is the reason I am only giving a 1 rating!
