This was the first experience with Four Stars Toyota that was less than satisfactory. I live an hour away, so I make sure to schedule all needed service when taking off work to make the drive to Altus. My previous service appointment provided the info that my front end was slightly out of alignment, so when scheduling my oil change I scheduled the alignment (confirmed by the info sent to me confirming said appointment). When I picked up my car and received a summary of the appointment, I noticed nothing was said about alignment. When I asked about it, I was asked to pull my car back in so it could be taken care of. The alignment was checked and confirmed what I had been told at my previous appointment and what I shared when scheduling this appointment, but then I was given price for alignment and told I could schedule that if I was interested. Unfortunately, I DID schedule the alignment before I took off work and made the two-hour round trip to Altus, but will cost me another afternoon off work and another trip to and from Altus if I want to try again. Mistakes happen, but time is definitely precious and I hate that it was a wasted trip.
