Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I pulled in without an appointment because I was having an issue with my battery. I had bought it from the dealership a couple of years ago and since it was still under warranty they took care of it immediately and I was on my way. I totally appreciate all of the friendly help.

I don’t know about the sales department. However, the Service and maintenance department is the cold standard for Vehicle service. They sent me a video walk-through of my car. Showed me what’s wrong with my car. That was very impressive. They sent it to my phone and I was just sitting and then I received a text of the video. Very impressed..

They performed exactly the work I asked for at a reasonable price. The video walkthrough showing fluid levels, filters, brakes, and tires was a great feature. When they discovered additional recommendations during the course of inspection, they sent me notification and let me decide how I wanted to address them. Like most dealerships, their pricing for some services like replacing air filters is definitely high, but they didn't try to pressure me into them or anything. So overall, it was a good experience.
