I’ve been using Fowler Ford for approximately 5 years and have had no complaints. I recently took my vehicle in for Sync update and the screen went black but after talking with Jon in the service department, they picked up my vehicle from home and had it repaired the same day. I’m very pleased with how they treated me as a valued customer and took care of me. I will continue to use Fowler Ford. Thank you!

My compliments to your service consultant Sam Griffith! My wife's 2005 lexus 300is was displaying a rear light warning on the dash. I replaced the tail light bulbs and the warning light reappeared when I touched the break. Yesterday I called your service department and spoke to Sam and made an appointment to have it looked at this morning. Sam diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than ten minutes. Great job!

I have had my vehicle serviced at many dealerships, but have never felt as family as much as I had here. I brought my Encore in for some service and was amazed at how I was treated. Every person that I had spoken with were very sweet and polite. Robert had me in and out quickly and even offered to accommodate me with a vehicle to use while I waited for mine. I felt the need to make sure everyone knows that this dealership is awesome. I will definitely be back.

Josh at Porsche in OKC is the best!! I went in for a look at a tire that needed air per my car alert and some strange condensation on the floorboard of my passenger seat. Josh checked all my tires and determined they were sound and just needed air. He also unclogged a vent and replaced a very dirty air filter, all without charging me for labor. I was there maybe 15-20 minutes. Absolutely painless. Thank you, Josh!!

Showed me what’s wrong with my car. That was very impressive. They sent it to my phone and I was just sitting and then I received a text of the video. Very impressed..
