I took my dodge charger in to them in Sept and don't get it back until Oct for the transmission. now it is back in the shop again for the transmission again. I took it in on Monday and i have'nt heard from it back until Oct for the transmission. now it is back in the shop again for the transmission again. They sell you a new car and extended warranty and they tell you it's not covered, its a freaking clip on the bumper either broken or came loose but we'll give you a discount on fixing it. Eric Glover Service Department, Good to work with. My only problem with the dealership is no matter what I want done they ALWAYS try to up sell me on additional work.
