I just bought my second Toyota Rav4 from Joseph Muniz at Post Oak Toyota yesterday, and I have to say, the experience was phenomenal. I initially went in for service on my older Rav4 and I opted into an appraisal while I waited. The waiting area is comfortable, with complementary water and coffee. Mr. Muniz began helping me right away and we talked about the things I would like in a new Rav. I test drove 2, and settled on a 2025 Rav4 hybrid XLE. I love my new rav! I left something in the old vehicle late Friday night, and Joseph went out of his way to bring it to us the next morning! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Please go elsewhere. I bought a Toyota Camry five months ago and out of the five months I’ve had to bring it in three separate months for three different issues that should have been checked before placing it on the lot to sell. Multiple times I asked for the report where the battery was tested. I never received it. I paid $600 for a battery to get replaced. Then I was told I needed a belt replaced. There was no way that if the belt was still new that I used it up within three months. And now I’m being told that I need a new transmission. How is that possible? If they checked it all out before putting it out to sell why am I now needing a transmission? I don’t recommend this dealership to anybody please do not go here.

Trevor in the service department handled my stressful situation very well. I towed my car for hybrid service check, discovering the 12 year old hybrid battery needed replacing and it would take a week or two to get in. To my surprise the dealership was able to provide me with a vehicle during my wait of 8 days. This really helped make a difficult situation better. Thank you Janzen service staff!
