This was our first experience purchasing a brand new vehicle and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We were promptly greeted by Salesman Ryan W. Ryan was kind, humble, accommodating and went above and beyond to give us the best car buying experience. From the moment we walked in until the time we pulled out, he was right there every step of the way. No matter how many times I thanked him, he was so humble. Ryan was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot as well as the one we had placed on hold prior to making the trip to Edmond. Now, about the dealership and the people as a whole. From the time we walked in until the time we left, we were greeted with warm welcomes and smiles every step of the way - front desk, salesmen, managers and finance. Never once were we ever made to feel less than. Our experience at Edmond Hyundai was topnotch and I can’t say enough good things about them.

Excellent Service - Excellent Repair and Excellent human beings. They went above and beyond the call of duty. On our way from Oklahoma City to Austin, Texas, we broke down on I-35, and had arranged for our Ford SUV to be towed to the nearest Ford Dealership. It was our great good fortune that it was Seth Wadley, because my daughter, granddaughter and I were stranded with no way to get there; no Lyft or Uber service in the area. They not only sent someone to get us off the highway, but they drove us to the motel where we had to stay while they repaired the vehicle, and picked us up again the next day. The repair was excellent, and the car ran better than ever after their work. If we didn't live over 300 miles away, they'd be our choice for service. People like this help restore faith in humanity. made an appointment to have our EDGE serviced.......we met with Matt who advised us it would take several days before the car could be serviced. The very next day we received a call from him to bring the car back....he arranged for a rental and the service began.....tire rotation and balance issues were addressed and corrected....GPS computer monitoring was completed....Matt treated us like family and made certain everything was working properly for our "long drive to New York." ... .he painstakingly synced our phones to the cars GPS and made sure everything was PERFECT before we left the lot...we are so appreciative of Matt's expertise and customer service!

Im sure everyone is great but I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mateo Muniz would definitely recommend him to anyone! INCREDIBLE vehicle sales man! Caring and compassionate in his job. Will not just try and sell you something for the “sale”. He will sit down and doesn’t care if it takes hours talk with you about what type of things you are wanting/ needing in a vehicle. Then once he finds that perfect vehicle for you, he will work with other amazing team members to get the best price and options possible. Last year I purchased my vehicle (2025 equinox) from here and tacked on quite a bit of highway miles due to so many medical appointments out of town. Absolutely LOVED this vehicle. But due to medical reasons a truck was now required to better suit what I needed as in towing. I was fully prepared to be turn downed when I asked to trade back a compact suv with a lot more miles than it left with for somehow getting a truck. Instead they were very understanding and very sympathetic to everything I had going on. Absolutely incredible teamwork and Mateo yet again spent hours and even stayed past closing to make sure all of my needs and qualifications I wanted in a vehicle were met. Was never once felt rushed either. The person who does all the financing options will literally bend over backwards calling and trying to get you the lowest APR and payments possible (way cheaper than a bank I found out with our first time around). Then they also have a guy who handles all the added warranties now which is at unbeatable costs as well for everything that is covered. All staff I’ve come across there is respectful, caring, and professional. I could not be happier with Mateo and his coworkers! not once but twice now have they helped me find exactly what I’m needing. Thank you so much, made my husband and my life significantly less stressful and easier. Did I mention they did this all in one day! Actually less than 3hours! Fast, efficient, and hits the nail with the hammer on finding exactly what you want. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this dealership and Mateo Muniz to anyone looking for an “honest” and hardworking salesman.
