Took my 2020 Silverado to Gary Gruner to have a switch replaced and computer recalibrated after another dealership put oversized tires on the truck and failed to recalibrate the computer. The service manager, Tony Denny said the software that to be downloaded from GM to recalibrate the computer. After about 5 hours, Tony told me it might be awhile and gave me a loaner car and asked me to come back the next day. The download took 24 hours. Tony apologized for the delay and discounted the fee for the recalibration. The switch was replaced and I was on the road. This service is what I expected from a dealership and will continue to give them my business.

I bought my 2016 fusion from a very knowledgeable salesman. He wasn't pushy and the sales manager worked with me to get me in to my car. A few months later I came in for a tire rotation and balance of my tires. Shortly after this service I noticed a bouncing in my rear tires and a noise that was getting louder and louder. I made a appointment for it to be checked out and they found that the alignment was off, the tires were out of balance, and these new tires were nearly warn out on the inside. This alignment and balancing issue should have been noticed during the rotation. They put new tires on and alignment, as well as gave me a rental so I could get my son to school. This was such an amazing example of customer service and made me a customer for life. I will refer them to everyone. Thank you so much gentry Ford!

This was the worst experience I have ever had getting my car fixed. My car was having troubles around Xmas, so I made an appointment. On the way to the appointment, my clutch went out. Gladstone Suzuki/Mitsubishi took 2 weeks to fix it. They did not offer me a loaner car, so I was without a vehicle over the holidays and had to inconvenience my family to get to work. When I finally picked up my car, after they had assured me that it was all fixed, I discovered that they had only fixed the clutch and hadn’t even looked at the original problem, the problem that I had made the appointment with them for in the first place. I took it back in and they “adjusted some screws” and gave it back to me. This did not fix the high idle problem and if they had taken for a test drive, as they had claimed, they would have noticed that the problem was not fixed. Robert, the counter guy in the service department, apologized, said that it was the air intake valve, and he’d call around to find one, credit the cost of the screw adjustment, and call me back. That was the last I heard from him for 2 weeks. Finally, I called and complained to the manager, Mark. Robert called me that same day, miraculously having found the part that same afternoon! So I made an appointment, took my car in, and even though it was only going to be a 2 hour procedure, they gave me a loaner car this time. That was 2 weeks ago. Robert never bothered to call me; I always had to call him. When I did, he would tell me that the company sent the wrong part, but the new one was coming and my car would be done on X. X would pass and I’d call the next day (again, Robert never bothered to call and explain) and Robert told me they sent the wrong part again. This went on and on, he’d give me a date, and on that date, the part would be wrong or missing or defective, but he assured me that this time he’d have a new part sent overnight and he’d only charge me the used price. Finally, I called and got the manager and discovered that Robert had lied to me and that he was still searching around for a used part. I got angry and the manager, Mark, sorted it out and I picked up my car yesterday. The long and short is that I brought my car in over Xmas and I just got it back fixed yesterday. It’s March. Their customer service is terrible and they lie to you repeatedly. If you take your car here, I hope you have a 2nd one to use while they kidnap yours and you are prepared and have the time to regularly call them to check in, because they won’t bother.

Poor Honda Service - Stephen T Borg

My wife and I have had horrible experiences from Griffith Honda Service Department. Sales Department is almost as bad. They did not fix an issue with our new Honda, they scratched the fenders when they worked on it and they don't call you when they say they will. STAY AWAY;BUY ELSEWHERE!!

Fantastic group of people. Purchased my Forester from Harley Swain through Tiffany Reig in July and I just returned to have my first service. Service was just as professional as sales. I recommend Tiffany to any one looking for a great new or used vehicle and Zach (mgr) in service for all your maintenance needs.

I can not stress enough how horrible an experience it was dealing with these people. My wife purchased a certified pre-owned Tiguan from them around 2019, got the extended warranty and kept up with all maintenance through them (paying a premium instead of going to a third party). Immediately when the warranty expired, a different VW dealership said they found metal in the oil pan, most likely caused by the wrong oil being used. We reached back out to Herzog-Meier for a second opinion and to see if they could help us out since they were the only ones who performed the maintenance. They refused to offer any assistance outside of charging full retail for a new engine. They didn't look at the vehicle or follow through with any other help. I owned an auto shop for several years and have worked with people from all parts of the community to help them financially, when dealerships show they don't care about their customers. And, from my experience, this dealership could care less about its community.
