Over the years Stephan in the service department has taken care of all of my repairs and maintenance for my 2006 Subaru. This last time was no exception, and he fit me in quickly and set me up with a rental car because I live so far away. My car was quickly back on the road and has been problem free since. I know that when I take my car in, I will get an honest quote and it will be repaired correctly and that has offered me a lot of peace of mind. Stephan has been the guy that keeps me coming back any time my car is in need of maintenance or repair, and he has done the same for my sister and my parents who both own Subarus. I would highly recommend talking to him for any of your maintenance/repair needs.

He went above and beyond. He had them prioritized my CX 9. He not only had us back on the road in an hour, but was able to get the cost covered by the tire warranty. Braylon saved our trip and is an awesome team member. I look forward to working with him in the future we my car needs service.

We tried for Portland BMW for a simple service for the first time. It was the worst service experience we ever had. After dropping off the car for a routine service, I struggled and had to call several times, talked to 4 people and finally was able to pick up my car. All, as it turns out, because the service contact, Nick T., had taken the afternoon off. Absolutely frustrating! We will go back to driving further and using Beaverton's Kuni BMW. To add to the frustration, I keep getting texts from their automated SMS asking about the experience while ignoring the responses. If their sham of a feedback request is not working, I hope at least this review helps potential future customers stay away from this establishment and avoid the frustration we experienced.

Numerous issues with service department. Communication and follow through are terrible. I took my wrangler in for a few concerns, only one of which was addressed, and I was told I would need to bring my vehicle BACK another time to fix the remaining issue.
