My service advisor was great. However, the dealership has become more price aggressive with the cost of their products. The part (a cabin air filter) was needed, however the cost was very high (compared to the auto parts store). I know the dealership will always be a bit more expensive, and I'm good with that, however not to this extent (59 vs 18). Again, I must be a more engaged consumer.

I purchased a 2023 new Mustang Mach-E from a nearby Ford - kwboyko

I purchased a 2023 new Mustang Mach-E from a nearby Ford dealership and took it to that dealership for servicing. The Blue cruise, Adaptive Cruise control and Lane Centering stopped working on Feb 27, 2024, That dealership told me the problem was national and that Ford software engineering was working on a" fix for this concern and an over the air up date will be done when repair is ready", and that I should give them 2 weeks. I returned to the same dealership on March 22nd, because the Blue cruise. Adaptive Cruise and Lane Centering still were not working. I got the same response, which was that the software would be updated over the air. The strange thing was that these three features were working fine for other Portland area Mach-E owners I knew. So, at the advice of a Ford representative, I took my car to Landmark Ford. WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE! The service rep, Kathy Douglas, thoroughly interviewed me about the issues I was having and checked my car in. Kathy called me 4 hours later, said the service department uploaded some software to car and that everything was working fine. Landmark delivered the car to my house later that day. They also charged and offered to wash my car too. I highly recommend Landmark Ford!

I had an appointment at your service area yesterday, 2-22-2025 for my 2016 KIA Soul EV. Soon after the car was in, Tess came to talk to me about an upgrade. I am 81 years old now, and my car gets driven only about 100 miles a month, and it drives quite good. So I am happy with it. Anyway, Tess came and talked to me, and we had a good talk. I had my own business for decades and I know a great employee when I see one. I don't see a purpose for getting a new car at this time. But she was good at talking with me, and I appreciate that. The 5-stars above are for her and for your business for having employees who do their jobs well like Tess does. (In regard to the cost of the service, it was given to me 3 times by various people, not Tess; first was lowest, second was higher, and the final bill was still higher. I paid, but it was annoying.)

Great experience at Beaverton Honda! Nathan and everybody there are super friendly. helpful, and make people feel value. I got another vehicle and went there to get the frames for the plates. They put the plates to my car, checked the tire pressure and didn’t get charge for it. Very professional, pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Beaverton Honda!

Although Coos Bay Toyota was completely booked, they found away to schedule us for the replacement of the window. I am forever thankful to them for helping us salvage our vacation. Alex and James once again pulled through on their words. I brought my car in for an oil change and check on the brakes. They found out that the rotors needed to be replaced. Long story short, they covered it free of charge. All of it. Brakes ands rotors, free! I bought my second hand from Dick’s about three months ago so I thought it’ll be fair to ask for a discount and after speaking with Alex, he reassured me that a discount is very possible. Then the sales manager, James got involved because they all remembered me, which was really cool of them. James then spoke with the top dog, Wayne who then decided to make the whole thing free! What?! Who does that nowadays?! Dick’s does. Everyone from sales to service center and management, just top notch service. Service center was short handed but they didn’t make any promises they couldn’t keep. We set a date and everyone pulled through. I’m coming back for my next car. I keep my word also. Wink wink.

First my lower arm controller was spotted to be in dangerous condition as all of us know “safety” comes first secondly my abs & sac light comes on set a code also their unique values I love it for example the supplying of parts by the owner is awesome they allow it so next my bearing front is something to be change before resetting the code but proffetionally they examine the bearing before putting it and it comes out to be ok they just reset the code and it works fairly I paid 1 hr. Of trouble shooting labor equipment usage shop usage tools and etc. 120/hr. - 12% discount = 108 not bad!

They got me in immediately to fix my 6.7 Super Duty. I decided to test drive another's Super Duty and by the time I took the test drive ( about 30 mins) my truck already had a new Turbo Intercooler hose on, tested and ready to go! But it gets better, the owner was so friendly that he invited me into his personal office just chatting with me. He was very cool. I'm considering an upgraded vehicle purchase and they are very low pressure. They just switched me to their customer for life!
