This dealership ALWAYS provides very fast, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable service. They never try and sell you on anything they just let you know what is available in case you might be interested. Something that most dealerships seem to forget is cleanliness, both in the cars they service and most importantly - the dealership itself. When the windows are washed, the floor is clean, the staff is neatly dressed, and the overall appearance of the place is neat, clean, and uncluttered, it gives a sense of order that these folks know what they are doing and can get things done correctly. Always a pleasure to bring my vehicles in for repairs or servicing.

Are you guys doing an awesome job? It was just a miscommunication that’s that upset me earlier in the month. I just lost my place to live. I’m currently living in my truck had an accident that threw off the truck alignment and when I was told that they wouldn’t do the repair it came at the worst time possible for me. They then explain the situation to me about this vehicle that I bought, (and had over paid for 😤) and what it was going to require for the vehicle to be serviced by them. Not unreasonable to request that I empty it out and have the frame inspected for any issues before I bring it back. Sorry Mr. Lillard, and to the rest of the staff. I’ve just been in a very bad situation, lost my place to live and lost most of my family’s support battling a couple of narcissistic people. I didn’t mean to imply anything about the guys working for you. Sincerely, Nick
