MINI of West Chester formlerly Otto's Mini has a fabulous and knowledgeable staff member in Michael Dixon. Three years ago our MINI was in a serious accident that sent the driver to the hosiptal and totalled the Mini. I contacted Michael one time and he took care of EVERYTHING. He checked in with my mom on her year long healing process, to ordering the new car. We did not have any stress or worries when it came to the process. Michael is one of the BEST!!!
