How could someone take advantage of someone like that? We showed the deal to car dealer who of course laughed at least they were honest. I think the response was wow you are feeding someones family well.

The whole long story boils down to -- they claimed they did work that they didn't do (for hundreds of dollars), didn't fix the car, were nasty about it (that idiot Glenn Davis deserves to go out of business). In the end, the credit card company investigated, found fraud, and gave us our money back. They are liars and cheats and we've told everyone where NOT to go for a crappy American-made car. No wonder they're in bankruptcy. Toyota and Honda are the only way to go!
