Rented an Infiniti QX80 from Avis. - KF1967

Rented an Infiniti QX80 from Avis. Left car rental facility and there was a constant beeping coming from what sounded like under the third row seats. It would only beep while I was in park or traveling at a low speed. Once I accelerated it stopped. Searched the internet and found out it was a somewhat common problem. The SUV though the 3rd row is in motion or something bound the seats up when moving. I couldn’t fold the 3rd row up and down so the other recommended solution was to unplug the battery negative terminal for about 5 minutes, plug back in, and then fold the seats up/down to make sure they're cycling. What the article said it was an an easy fix, I didn’t want to try it myself. Fortunately, I drove past Bennett Infiniti in Allentown. I had some extra time and decided to see if they would take a look despite it being a rental. They took a look, followed the recommendation of unplugging the negative terminal and low & behold, problem was fixed. Even better yet, they were friendly & efficient. I was there a total of 10 min. Finally, it was done at no cost. Thanks you Bennett Infiniti

Had my 2000 S-Type towed to Bennett Jaguar in Allentown... - Gene B

Had my 2000 S-Type towed to Bennett Jaguar in Allentown after it let me sit. Was told the car needed a whole new fuse box because of corrosion causing short, plus blown diode in fuel pump circuit. Cost for new box would be $7000.00 because it came with wiring harness for the entire car. This did not include labor. I had the car towed home and my inspection as an electronic engineer showed no corrosion in the fuse box and the diode was not blown. After purchasing a maintenance manual I diagnosed the problem as a bad fuel pump. I replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter at a cost of $120.00 and the car runs fine. Cost for dealer non-diagnosis $233.20 plus $120.00 to get the car hauled home.

Bad experience with an audi - anthonyaudi

Starting off, I have bought and sold many high end cars here. I had sold them the ferrari that they had sitting in their showroom for months. I had purchased an audi a8l quattro from them as a beater car, when I went to trade it in at another dealership, I found out it was a fleet car (which they did not disclose, but they had to!) and I also found out that it was previously wrecked. STAY AWAY!
