Our family was visiting the Kalahari water park, and the day of check out, our car tire pressure alarmed was showing low pressure. The staff at the park filled the tire enough for us to make it to Ray Price Ford. The service representative took our information and had the car checked quickly, which it showed a nail in the tire. The tire was not in stock and he had to call his tire manufacturer to have it delivered. It was supposed to arrive at 1:30pm but wasn’t delivered till around 3:30pm. As soon as it arrived, he got the mechanic to work on our car and get the job done quickly. At the time of paying, he only charged us for the tire and not the labor due to the delay in the delivery of the tire. I really wasn’t expecting that and our family really appreciated his hard. He was sincere and saved us money, which is always a blessing in this economy. Thank you for being so caring and understanding our situation.

I recently had a problem with my leased UX Hybrid 2023 - Shanbreen

I recently had a problem with my leased UX Hybrid 2023 (something to do with my navigation system). I initially contacted Toyota and hated their customer service. They were giving me $250.00 to be spent on repairs only, for a car under warranty with around 1500 miles. Not only that, they refused to do anything about my problem. I then turned to Rohrich Lexus and had a wonderful experience with them. It took some time for them to solve the problem but they kept me abreast with what was going on. Although, the Service Department was not helpful, Shawn, the sales person, and the general manger, Jason Xenack were excellent. They contacted the Service Department (especially Jason) and returned our calls, always letting us know that the problem would be solved one way or the other. They even compensated us for the long time it took in repairing our problem which according to Toyota was not repairable. Thank you Shawn and Jason. People like you, makes it worthwhile dealing with your company. Please disregard the optional information below. This was a special situation and does not pertain to what is asked in the Optional section. I wanted to cancel my responses but could not undo what I had marked.
