This dealership is second to none!!! All the employees I encountered were so kind and helpful. The maintenance I had done was done quickly and efficiently. The techs performed the service as though he/she was working on his own vehicle. I wish I could have dealt with this dealership when I was in the market for a used subaru. I would have purchased a better vehicle and would have been treated like a customer and friend of the dealership, instead of being insulted and mistreated at the dealership where I made my purchase.

We had our car in for state inspection. I was walking the lot to waste time while the car was being serviced.Greg a salesman came out to see if I needed any help. I told him I had our car in for inspection and I didn’t want to set in the busy waiting area. He asked if we were looking to trade in our 2016 Outback. I told him that we are very happy with our car. He had the sales manager look at the car in the service area and gave us a deal that we were happy with.

I have nothing but the highest praise for the Service Department at Diehl of Robinson. I had been dealing with a problem in my 2004 Jeep for months. The code was "low voltage on MAP sensor." I had been to 4 different places, including another Jeep dealer. All people could do was replace the MAP sensor and within a day the check engine light was back on, and the vehicle was lurching, jerking, losing power, stalling, and was very difficult to start. Sometimes it took 30+ cranks to get it going. Everyone threw their hands up and said they couldn't help me, and my only hope was to find a dealership that had the old DRB scanner that could read detailed engine codes on older Jeeps. I found a dealer in Warren, PA that had a functional DRB scanner and someone that could operate it, so I was trying to get to them. I didn't make it. I had a terrifying drive and the vehicle died on I-79 near McKees Rocks, PA and would no longer start. Diehl said they had a functional DRB scanner. I had the vehicle towed there. Not only did they have a DRB scanner, they also had a senior technician (Al) that could troubleshoot! Al identified a short in the wiring harness, found it and repaired it, and the vehicle finally works great again. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Diehl appreciated that I was stranded and got me back on the road. Also, at no time did anyone try to convince me to buy a new a vehicle. Superb service by Al and Logan!

Purchased 2025 ram 1500 four weeks ago and had it in my possession only 4 days. Truck had a bad fuel injector and had to go back to garage. Dealership also was to have a bed liner installed and still waiting. One of the biggest issues is the dealership has not stayed in contact and I'm still waiting to take possession. My first loan payment is due and I do not even have the vehicle . In addition running boards were mentioned and have not heard a word about the running boards

Last time I went there for an oil change, went in the express lane, at the desk the girl asked if I had an appointment , I said no appointment I did the express lane. She had a bad attitude. I waited for my car an hour and a half. Then began to get messages on my phone that my car needed a battery. Finally went to the desk to see what was going on, the girl said she was just coming out to talked to me. Think they would talk to you before getting these texts on my phone. After waiting an hour and a half for an oil change. Just thought I was treated poorly through out my Waite there. I have been a costumer there since 2016.
