I had an amazing experience with Fred Beans purchasing my new 2023 KIA Niro SX-Touring in runway red. While many other dealers are charring thousands and thousands over MSRP Fred Beans did not. They were honest and far with their pricing and did not try to use and sales tactics on us. In fact, they were able to provide us with incentives to purchase our new Niro. Sometime this winter we will be in the market for another KIA and Fred Beans will be our only stop. If you are in the market for a Kia or any of the brands that Fred Beans offers, I would recommend giving them a try. Also never forget all of the dealers that wanted to charge well over MSRP and avoid them even when the market corrects itself. Raceway Kia tried to charge me a " market adjustment of 5000". I will tell everyone I can to avoid at all costs.

I could not be more happier with buying my vehicle from here as well as getting service done on my vehicle! 🤩 I have seen bad reviews from others though I am sure it is those people that are the problem rather than this Dealership. I am def happy with my vehicle and it has been good to me despite the regular maintenance that it needs or comes along when yrs pass. I def enjoy bringing my vehicle in for service when getting it done and it always gets fully checked over and i am told if something is needed and given the price immediately or Laurie always calls me with the pricing. Her and I always share some laughter when I come in and when I knw I may be sitting awhile (once a yr) to get tires, brakes, oil change, and possibly if it.may need other things I bring in a Box of Joe for everyone in the service dept bc I appreciate them all since they do their best to get me in and out even when we knw it will take a couple hrs and their days may be long and tiring. I believe they are just all wonderful and i enjoy coming in everytime.

Get used car looked at by a mechanic before buying!!!! - kman28

I looked at purchasing a good looking Hyundai off of the used lot. The inspection sticker was due to expire in a few months. They would NOT make the investment on their end to inspect the vehicle. Then, I took the vehicle to my mechanic who discovered a developing problem with power steering that could be as much as $1,500 to repair! The dealer refused to put another penny into the vehicle saying that they had already put enough money into it. They told me that they would no longer be selling this vehicle and would sell it at auction or elsewhere. Two months later, it is still for sale on their lot. Buyer Beware!!!!

They we’re not up front and I fell that the vette I bought should have been sold for no more then 9.000 because in my opinion that’s all it was worth.

Barry's son Chase picked me up in the Mustang and I drove back to the lot. It took 30-45 to complete the paperwork and top off my fuel. My daughter recently purchased a car from this dealership. There have been nothing but problems since the first day she drove off the lot. The manager, Shawn Wolford, assured her that everything would be made right, which has turned out to be nothing but a lie. She has had the car back and forth at least five times in about 3 weeks, and is set to take it back once again. He refuses to acknowledge the multitude of issues found by an independent mechanic, and will not commit to fixing the car.

Great experience, especially for a used lot. I found a particular car online that I was interested in. Called for availability and was able to check it out right away on a Friday afternoon. Worked with Andrew, who was very straightforward and no pressure. Did a test drive and loved the way the car drove. The whole was filled with high quality vehicles. We talked through all the financials. Everything was above board and fair. I decided to take the weekend to process it and review other cars I had been considering. Ultimately I decided that another vehicle I was looking at was a better fit for my particular needs. I gave Andrew a call Monday to keep him in the loop and to thank him for taking the time to go through everything. Even though I did not end up purchasing that vehicle from Bermont, I very much needed to talk out the process and see my best options. I felt very comfortable the thought of doing business with Bermont. I also had a friend who had bought a vehicle through them a few years prior for their daughter and has been very pleased with the purchase having had several years to reflect on their experience. So I went it the experience with high hopes and was not disappointed.
