Thank you, Anchor Nissan!!!
First, I would like to thank David Paquin for his thorough and efficient customer service in helping me close the deal on my new purchase, “Nissan Kicks S 2024” vehicle. When I visited the site on Monday, August 18th, I already had been approved for a car loan through my bank (RI Credit Union). I was incredibly pleased with my bank’s rate. After learning about what Anchor Nissan had to offer and the possibility of getting an even lower rate (although not guaranteed), I agreed to have Nissan pull my credit for review. Besides, I had nothing to lose as my bank offered me a 6.09% rate based on my credit score. David shared the good news … “I was able to get you a lower rate.” I was so adamant that Nissan nor any other car dealership couldn't beat my bank’s rate. I was wrong! YOU DID!!!
I saved time with Anchor Nissan and did not have to bring back a car purchase agreement to my bank. Everything was completed in one day and I picked up the vehicle after 4 pm (same day). “I’m still in shock” about the lower rate including the efficiency of paperwork completed. Especially with transferring my old registration to the new vehicle. Everyone knows visiting the Registry of Motor Vehicles takes time. I expected at least the next day I would get the vehicle.
Thank you again David Paquin for putting a S-M-I-L-E on a customer’s face. I walked into Anchor Nissan knowing what type of vehicle I wanted (amount of $$$) with an already approved low rate and Nissan Anchor delivered!!!
