I decided to switch dealerships about a year or two ago because I needed to service my older Mercedes Benz. The other place was not very accommodating in what I needed, couldn’t fix the issue my car was experiencing, and seemed more interested in warranty work and servicing new cars. I don’t like new Mercedes…I prefer to drive the brand when it was still mostly German, AND I don’t need an iPad and all this touch screen nonsense on my dashboard!! After nearly 2 years of servicing 3 different older Mercedes with Viti I can confidently say that I’ve found the right place. My service advisor, Bud Cartin, is one of the best in the business. Very knowledgeable and helpful, especially when I need to be talked off of the ledge about a car issue haha If you’ve got an older pre-2010 Benz, I would highly recommend you going to Viti. If you’ve got a classic like my ‘73 SL, definitely go to Viti. Best in the state.

Had my oil changed and tires rotated. Expressed concern with one of the tires. Jose was helpful, pleasant and responsive. He went out of his way to ensure that all my questions were answered and that I had the best experience. He even apologized for an employee who had apparently used foul language (I did not hear it). he also informed me that since the tire appeared fine upon inspection, if it happened again (loss of air for no apparent reason) to bring it right back to him and he would ensure it was taken care of. Thanks Jose, for going above and beyond!

Jean Abbatematteo deserves some praise! I purchased a 2024 CR-V Hybrid Touring from Grieco Johnston in December '23. I spend winters in Florida so the car was delivered to FL and I started hearing a clicking sound from the rear end of the car when I was in Florida this year. After several unsuccessful attempts in FL to resolve the issue at two dealerships in the Lauderdale area, I came back to RI and left the car with Jean. To my amazement, she was able to determine that the issue was the axle torque and fixed it! I cannot express my overwhelming gratitude for her perseverance in finding the issue. I am disappointed in the support in FL however thrilled with Jean and the Team at Grieco in RI. KUDOS TO JEAN AND THE SERVICE TEAM IN JOHNSTON!!!

My car was having issues starting. It would start however it didn’t sound right when it was starting. I was given a quote for a new battery for over $300.00. My car has less than 30,000 miles and under 3 years old. I was then told that I had to pay out of pocket because my car was not giving any codes my factory warranty would not cover the replacement battery. Yet despite no codes I was informed by the service department that my battery is about to fail. They told me when my battery finally dies they will replace it if it’s within the factory warranty requirements. This is unacceptable. Being told that I need a new battery and it’s about fail with a quote for a new one only to be told that they won’t replace it until it completely dies and I am left stuck somewhere. When you pay over $40,000 for a new car and there something wrong with a battery and told it’s about to die the dealership should have replaced it for me. I don’t think I will purchase another car or recommend Tasca to anyone. Below is the quote the dealership sent me. I also wasn’t thrilled about them trying to up sell me on changing the Break Fluid with less than 30,000 miles??? Along with the injection system cleaning. However I understand this is the manufacturer recommendations. It’s sad never in my life have I ever heard of changing break fluid especially with less than 30,000 miles 🤷🏻‍♂️ Lastly then even tried to get me to buy a new cabin filter which I did 5 months before bringing the car to get serviced. I actually purchased a K&N air cabin filter. So the fact that they wanted to sell me one tells me either they didn’t check the old one or they just want more money. Edited on 12/12/2024 Last week the general manager reached out after hearing that I was displeased with the service/ battery issue. Again I must say he was very professional on the phone and recommended that I bring the car back to get further tested and recharge. I plan on taking it back and hopefully they will replace the battery for me even if it doesn’t throw a code. You can hear just how weak the battery is upon starting the car. It’s a hour drive to get to the dealership. I hope they don’t waste my time and effort with this next visit This review is to be continued after my next visit to the dealership. On 02/13/2025 I had to go to Tasca because the car was still having a hard time starting. However still was not throwing any codes. Gabby at service was extremely professional and helpful. She was finally able to get me a new battery. So I am amending my review to 4 stars. I would have given them 5 stars if they had just replaced it on the first time it was brought back. Other than that everyone at Tasca has been extremely professional and helpful. Thank you Tasca for fixing my battery issue.

Pardon me but I had already written a review but the smart phone ate my homework. Well here goes again. I brought my 2016 Buick Encore in today for service. After hearing from the service dept my car was not eligible for dealer prep service; I called Bob Hein Buick Sales Rep extraordinaire. Bob although he wasn't my salesman represented me to the powers to be that my car was indeed eligible for this service. Bob called me back and told me that all would be taken care of. I told him that he is the man! I want to thank him and Wendy Bowen for helping to get this done. They helped to give me relief to what was starting to become a frustrating day. Woo Hoo everything is turning out fine!

I had what I thought was a catastrophic problem. The door to my charging port was stuck, could not open it completely or close it. Luckily the battery was fully charge. I contacted the dealer online and got an immediate response, scheduling an 8:00 am appointment the n=next day. My salesperson, dawn wellington, contacted me to determine whether I was all set. The next day, I took the Blazer EV in to Service, and Peter Farley, the service mechanic came into the sales room within the hour to explain that he had fixed the charger door and suggested I routinely clean the seal around it to keep it working properly. I am more than satisfied with this dealership and the staff. This is my fifth vehicle from Paul Masse Chevrolet South and I come back because I have dealt with people I can trust, both in purchasing a vehicle and in getting it serviced. Michelle Masse, Cam Bourassa, and Dawn Wellington provide a great customer experience.

The Service team at Porsche Warwick seems really great so far. It is my first experience with them. They seem excellent. Kevin the Service Manager is excellent: communicative, friendly, honest, "get it done" mentality. Jacqueline is also very good - friendly, busy, energetic. Joe one of the Technicians that works on Classic Porsches is really great also: Honest, knowledgable, friendly. There's a really great and strange vibe here, especially for a "corporate type" dealer (i.e professional car dealers for high end brands). It's strange in a great way - you never get the feeling you are getting "corporate-speak" or that they are "protecting themselves" or playung defense from perhaps demanding customers. You get the sense that a knowledgable friend that you trust is working on your car - straight shooters, knowledgable, responsive, competent. Maybe this comes from Kevin's leadership or from the type of people they hire or both, but it is really evident and "different" in the best possible way. I don't have my car back yet (for good reason) and they set execttaion up from given its an older Porsche Classic - and I will know more about the experience when done, but so far "5-star" and I expect it will be that way when I get my car back.
