LANGWAY TOYOTAS NEGLIGENCE ALMOST KILLED MY FAMILY and they took absolutely no accountability. I was already frustrated when my husband brought our 2021 Toyota Highlander (leased through Langway) into the service department as we had to call in 4 times before we even got an appointment because they are evidently to busy to take service calls. I was going to let that go and move on. But now I can't let it go, the reason we brought the car in was a tire light and a maintenance light on the dash board. We had a 300 mile drive coming up for a family wedding and wanted to make sure everything was corrected and safe for our trip. They told my husband my tire just needed air and turned off the tire pressure light. We made it 1 exit on 95 that same evening before that same tire blew. We were stranded on 95 for over 3 hours with a 1 year old, 2 dogs, my husband and I. With tractor trailers racing by us at 80+ mph. I took the car to Sullivan tires in Newport this morning and they were appalled that Langway said the car was safe to drive as another tire also very obviously needed replacement in addition to the one that blew. Langways negligence could have cost us all our lives as well as other drivers on the highway. When I called to speak to the service manager he could have cared less.

I had my car serviced at Toyota and worked with Lauren and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. She eased all my worries and was so helpful. Toyota of Smithfield is lucky to have her on their team! I will certainly be coming back to see her next time I need service done! Kelsey at the desk was also fantastic, she was so polite and got me in for an appointment quickly. Overall, what could have been a stressful situation was instead a wonderful experience because of those two girls!

I recently visited Grieco Toyota's service department to have my Grand Highlander tended to. My service advisor, Alyson Chatham, whom I have had in previous visits, could not have been more professional. She is always pleasant, and made sure that my experience was to my satisfaction (which it was!). Service department is both fast and efficient, as I have had many visits for regular service on other vehicles I have purchased at Grieco. I highly recommend Grieco for both the purchase and the service of quality automobiles. Thank you, Alyson, for going above and beyond!

This is the dealership from whom we purchased our Sienna. Unfortunately, we have to have it towed to a dealer in another state. They had it for days and didn't fix it. We had it towed back to Balise and they diagnosed and fixed it in two days. What's more, there was a gas/exhaust smell in the cabin after the repairs, so we brought it back. Turns out, the first dealer must have been randomly disconnecting things to see what was wrong and never re-connected some of it properly. The Balise guys fixed it up and just because of the hit we had already taken on the original problem, they did it for no charge, even though it was probably nothing to do with their work in the first place.

Outstanding response on car inspection.From the time I entered facility until I picked up my car It was a totally good experience.Every interaction was timely,accurate and pleasant.Pulled up to garage at 7:30….registered with very pleasant young lady and by 8:18 I picked up inspected car and was on my way.When ready for purchase of new car this will be my first stop.
