Went for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Tried to upsell me to air & cabin filters and windshield wipers, clearly not needed on a 17 month old purchase with 18,000 miles. When I got truck back the interior had been messed with. Passenger seat laid out flat and full of crumbs. Driver seat up as high and as close to steering wheel as possible. Couldn’t get in the truck without resetting. Granted, probably not a big deal or intentional, but it’s pretty sloppy work. I certainly wouldn’t go out of my way to go there again.

Came into the Ford store today and had the privilege of working with Drake Moffatt. Drake was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to answer all of my questions. Drake is who every salesperson should aspire to be and I know he will have a bright future there. We are still working some items out with the deal but everything thus far from Drake, and Palmetto Ford, has been great.

I dropped off the truck and they gave me a ride to the house and when they got done they called me and I asked for a ride back to the Ford dealership and they went back to my house and picked me back up so I could pay for the severe that got done to the truck.
