On October 20th, I took my Ford F-150 Platinum truck for two factory recall repairs. Upon arrival, the Service Department Specialists (Christian and Oscar) provided exceptional customer service. A special shoutout to Christian for being extremely helpful and polite in ensuring that my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. While it took a week to get the recall repairs completed, I am very satisfied with the work completed.
