Mr. Pappas introduced me to Mr. Goddard, who met with my husband and me on a cold, rainy day to test drive several cars. Mr. Goddard is, without a doubt, the best salesman I've ever met. No high-pressure tactics here--just the facts. He was very friendly and forthcoming, and gave me a good price right away. He followed up with me several times throughout the order, as we waited eight weeks for the Fusion to arrive. He kept me informed and gave great advice about all aspects of handling the car. The care Mr. Kalinowski took to explain financing and warranty options was far and beyond what I expected. He found the best interest rate available to anyone. I especially valued Mr. Fleetwood's help with the technical aspects of this amazing machine. He is brilliant and also gave me his phone numbers in case I had any questions--very brave, as learning about this sophisticated car may take some time. I had intended to buy a GM product or a Lexus, as I had owned those before and had been happy with both, but this Fusion out-shined them all. For the money, this car had both better style and richer substance. From Miss Mandy at the receptionist's desk to Mr. Pappas, the wonderful staff at Palmetto made my experience as a new customer completely delightful.

I was in the market for my first new car and a car for my daughter and dreaded going to a dealership because of the negative experiences that I had had personally and also heard about from others. . I called Palmetto Ford on Thursday requesting specific features on the car and SUV that I was interested in purchasing. I wanted a Ford Edge for me and a fuel efficient used car for my daughter with payments she would be able to handle on her own.. Dan and Kelvin gave me exactly what I was looking and provided some comic relief during the approval process. Michael in finance was very efficient and friendly. I recently visited Palmetto Ford to check out their new Ford Fusion Hybrid. After a few discussions and test drives I realized a hybrid wasn't for me, but Hedi was great in being patient with me as I searched around for the perfect fit. Several more test drives later I walked away with a new Ford Fusion and couldn't be happier.

I have been a dedicated foreign-brand car owner for a long time and IF I was going to drive any "domestic" brand, it was going to be a Ford/Lincoln product. The folks at Palmetto Ford literally did everything they could to get me into my new Lincoln MKS. I wanted to keep my payments as low as possible for budgeting reasons, and hence I was very close to doing a deal with yet another foreign car manufacturer, but I would have been sacrificing some space and features that I would have preferred for business and personal reasons. I could not believe that Lincoln would come close to satisfactory terms as we were very far apart but as I said, Palmetto Ford really surprised me and made it possible for me to end up in my MKS. On Saturday, 4/13/2013, I purchased my Lincoln MKX - 2013. I found the dealership to be very friendly and worked very hard toward my goal and pricing. I left with pricing terms that both the GM and I were happy.

Joe is an outstanding, friendly and highly motivated salesman. His customer service is great as he tells it like it is with no beating around the bush. He was not pushy on Friday evening when my husband and I went to test drive and then returned from the test drive not to make a decision - that sold me!

Brandon is exceptional at his skills as far as training with phones to sync - I didn't have to do a thing! He also showed me how to listen to my music and use the voice commands so that I didn't have to take my eyes off the road to do while driving. Today, I navigated to the bank! No problem at all! Although it was a lot to digest in such a short time with Brandon, he indicated I could come by at any time for another lesson. I may have to take him up on his offer.
