Honestly I had a very big pleasure working with Seth Burson. I have no complaints he even got me a water bottle and offered me drinks from time to time. He also dressed very professionally. No issues pulling keys for me or walking me around all the vehicles.
The only thing that I think needs work is upper management priority when it comes to sales.
I had a credit app open, expressed that I had a 40% lower DTI, and a budget of $50,000. I expressed a fico 8 score in 680-700 range along with my cosigner, and I was waiting at the opening of the dealership doors.
A guest came in with no credit app trying to get repairs for her vehicles transmission or something like that, then i think trying to apply for another vehicle... then trying to get helped by another sales man and the process too very long while I waited... it was clear it wasn't gonna benefit the dealership and it was hopeless. I kinda wished they continued to push me through as I did end up waiting for that situation to resolve itself. I stood waiting by way too long to get approved but finally it happened many hours later I was in a brand new car. Thank you Seth for actually trying to get me in and out as soon as you could and going out of your way to find me just the right vehicle with the right trim and accessories!
