Service department keep my 2020 Ford Escape for one month,replaced fuel injectors, Drove car Three days same issue started again, Keep my car for 5days , did.not touch it , it sat in the same spot 5days, needless to say this was actually the third time for this issue.t Theses guys couldn’t fix my car.Car still under warranty, I found a mechanic that fixed it for $236, and now it runs great no thanks to the service department at Edwards ford

This dealer has the absolute worst service department I've ever experienced in any industry. I recently took my truck in to have a water leak fixed. They had my truck for 14 days. During that time, I was promised call-backs at least six times. I left a voice mail for the sales manager. It was never returned. The service tech I was working with flat lied to me multiple times by promising calls and status updates that never came. Several calls rang for about 30 - 40 seconds before going to a message that doesn't let you leave a message, but says something like, "There is no one available to take your call. Thanks for calling. Goodbye," and then disconnects. And this is during their posted business hours. My wife and I have bought five new vehicles over the past nine years or so. I kept going back, thinking that their service department just HAD to have gotten better. I've never been more wrong. And we will never be back. Maybe the Sales folks, or even, say, Management (!!!), could apply some pressure? At this point, that's just not going to happen. This renamed "Legacy" dealership is certainly building one, and it's one I want no part of as a customer. Poor customer service has become a way of doing business. Legacy indeed.

I got overcharged on my car by about 10 thousand and if that wasnt bad enough, they charge me for services I dont need or they threaten to void my warranty everytime I come up here.

My 2015 Ford F350 broke down on the side of the road just - Ford sucks

My 2015 Ford F350 broke down on the side of the road just north of Spartanburg. It had 114,000 miles on it. The maintenance was perfect up to this point. I had it towed to the dealership for they informed me had a broken valve spring in the number seven cylinder. I picked the truck up six weeks later with an $8000 bill. There were wires dangling down underneath the dashboard that had not been reconnected. I popped the hood to check the work. There were cut cables. None of the hoses and wiring had been rerouted correctly. I called out the service manager. He said to give him an hour, and he would have the truck ready. I came back an hour later drove the truck back to Asheville and then left for Florida on Highway 40. 10 minutes out of town, the coolant hose which had been incorrectly installed popped off the radiator dumping all the coolant and overheating the engine. I called the dealership. they apologized but said they could do nothing to help because it was Saturday and they were understaffed. I than called my daughter who brought me $100 worth of coolant. I repaired the truck myself and continued back to Florida. The next week the truck began making a horrible knocking noise. I took it to an independent mechanic because I no longer trust ford. It had a check engine light, low tire pressure light on, running roughly and knocking. The mechanic said the AC compressor was holding on by one bolt and that the rest had been stripped out by a mechanic. $700 later my truck is now semi roadworthy. I had to rent a car for work which cost $500 so my total out-of-pocket for my Spartanburg experience is $9700.

I own a 2018 Kia Soul, which I love! The check engine light came on and I made appointment and took her in, work was completed and I went home happy with the results. Less than a week later the check engine light was back on! Made the appointment and took her in. Was told it was something they missed on the last appointment and there would be no charge, good, I thought, should’ve been caught at last visit! The work was completed and again went home. Didn’t drive the car for a couple of days, and paid no attention to the lights on the dashboard. Well when I did I found the dashboard did not look like it usually did. Headlights messed up and ECO light was off. Called to speak with the service manager, in available, left voicemail, next day, left another voicemail, next day left another voicemail. Also tried that Jessica text line and that is worthless. Never received a call from any of the voicemails l left until Monday, by that time I was angry and losing gas mileage, I was told by Mike that there was a button I could press and the ECO would come back on. Asked where it was, “I don’t know”. Well if you don’t know how am I supposed to know? This is the first time I have had problems with Kia of Kia, Won’t be going back, except for oil changes. Any other work will be done by a knowledgeable, reputable mechanic! Sorry, not sorry, but the general manager and Fred Anderson need to get a tight hold of the service department.
