My vusit was scheduled for 8 am and my service would include a tire alignment but the tech does not come in til 9 so i was not able to get that done. Computer system was not working.

I took my truck to Lugoff after my local Ford dealer in Sumter kept my truck for six days with an insufficient diagnosis and solution. Customer service at Lugoff was amazing...my service advisor Rachel was so professional and kept me expertly updated throughout my experience at this location. Everyone is friendly and both the service area and waiting area are spotless. (although they both could use some "updating.") On my last visit, Josh Fowler was my service writer. Recently purchased a new Escalade and was thrilled with the service. Today I brought it in for a car wash. I was quickly greeted by, Dean, who took my keys and showed me to the very nice lounge. I was offered water and a coffee. While waiting on my car, the General Manager, AJ and Sales Associate, Cliff who I worked with two months ago, both saw me sitting and waiting. Despite both being with other customers, they made the effort to come by and check-in on how I was enjoying my new car. Highly recommended for sales and service.

Quick outstanding service. Helpful friendly staff as always. I dropped my car off to have curb rash removed off a rim. I got my car back a few hours later and my rim look brand new. Bob was a huge help once again. highly recomend

I had the oil change on my 2020 Silverado on June 25, 2025. My service advisor, Dylan, was very friendly and informative. He explained everything to me while I was there. The oil technician, Alan, even took the initiative to make a video of the underside of my truck so that I could see that everything looked good. Great experience all around! 👍

The service department at George Coleman Ford is outstanding. For the first time I used the shuttle service when I left one of my cars. I could not be more pleased. I was brought back to my house in a new truck. The car was delivered to my house as soon as the service was completed. Everything went like clockwork. We dropped our car off on Saturday with a flashing Engine Light and applying gas caused the car to start slowing down. I also had 106,200 miles and only 470 miles left for and oil and filter change. Brandon called me in the morning to find out what the main issue was. I also asked him to also change the oil and filter plus we discussed what is suggested with my mileage over 100,000 miles and I decided to have him do those as well. He was the only Service person onsite that day and finished our car be the end of the day. He explained everything that was done and we’re very grateful for his work and the car is great. We thanked him and wanted to express our appreciation. We hope everyone at work sees how well he did and also thanks him..
