The solenoid closer which locks down the lift gate on my 2014 Durango was not working. It had already been replaced by another repair shop. Since they had inspected it and it would work off the vehicle, they referred me to the dealer. This dealer confirmed it was still defective and game me the choice of returning it or giving them the chance to repair it. Nick was patient and explained the situation. I appreciated him being forthcoming with my options

I took my vehicle into haves some accessories installed that I ordered online from the parts department and had paid for installation in advance. I normally do the work myself, but wanted the professionals handle it this time. As always, they did an excellent job. As long as I am in the area, I will continue to bring my vehicle to Jim Hudson for all my service needs.

I can schedule service online and it’s super easy. That’s a great feature. The service department is on the ball! They know who you are when you walk in. The mechanics do a thorough analysis and let you know up front what needs to be addressed and how much it will cost. Very pleased with them so far! I feel like they really make sure your vehicle is taken care of. I will recommend the service department!

I initially was not happy with my visit to Stokes Hodges Ford, but after I received a call from the service department and the circumstances were explained to me, I was very pleased. I learned a lot today. I would recommend Stokes Hodges Service department to anyone.

Customer Service out of the service department is awful which seems to agree with the ratings here. I requested an appointment on Monday and I've never been contacted to confirm a time. I used the chat feature the next day and they said I'd be contacted but never heard from them. Chatted with them again on Wed and still haven't heard from them.

Amending my original bad review. I bought a used Audi from another dealership. Shortly after purchasing, some issues came up. Long story short, after my warranty expired my car experienced a failure that required an expensive fix. This dealership’s management and service department bent over backwards to help get my expired warranty to cover more than half of the expense. The time they took to communicate with me and help me through this frustrating situation was more than helpful. Very thankful to the general manager and my cars service advisor Linda.
